I always say I don’t know in interviews when I really don’t, rather than try to bluff. Some interviewers don’t like this though. As with the parent, perhaps that’s actually a good thing as you avoid having to work in a bad environment. Other times though, you may be being interviewed with a bad egg who you’ll never actually need to work with in the actual job.

I agree it wasn’t light at all in the later parts. Very bleak. If it was ever supposed to be a comedy it didn’t end as one but I can’t think of other animated series you could class as a drama.
I think it is one of only about three animated shows that are genuinely outstanding as TV and not just animation or comedy. The other two being Simpsons and Futurama.

I think the harm meant is more about spreading negativity to other employees who might be inspired to jump ship too.

Given the social transformation in NI across the last twenty years compared to the previous generation it seems more to me like a state going in the right direction. It’s a more cohesive state now than in the 60s 70s or 80s, and even if progress since the peace agreements in the 90s has been slow and uneven it seems the opposite of failed state.

I didn’t downvote you but I assume it’s because you’re saying a drought is evidence of climate change. Regular droughts might be visible effects of climate change but they can happen during a period of general stability too.
It's the same with using an LLM for therapy. Many therapists are furious with that, regardless of how effective it has been for many people.
I doubt therapists would get furious at people getting better, regardless of the mechanism, in the same way that doctors wouldn't be furious about a weird trick to cure rheumatism, the common cold, or any other malady.
I share your concern about using an app to deal with a psychological problem, but I think a counterpoint to your concern about this app being one-size-fits-all is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The central premise of CBT is that it doesn't really matter what the roots of the behaviour a patient wants to change are. Reprogramming our behaviours is enough.
This is really the opposite of the old Freudian ideas that a therapist must get to the root of the problem (which might have been in childhood) before progress can be made on the neurosis.
Perhaps the author here is approaching social anxiety from the CBT perspective.

It's a gig worker problem but it's also a much larger societal problem, particularly in the Irish case. The kids who get involved in those attacks would look for other targets if there were no gig workers.
The roots behind that include poverty, stagnant residential areas with few prospects, and of course lots of other things like more general cultural deficiencies in the national psyche. I'm sure there are good social historians who can describe this far better than I can.
The GP's description of the behaviour as sadistic is pretty on point, I think, and makes it more despicable and worrying than when the cause is financial.
