They can't just build a system, and leave it for the customers to do all the hard work of integrating various systems. Integration is the key and should be seen as product in itself.

If IBM stops milking the cow like the services, asking the customers to integrate, It will die a miserable death, and unfortunately a premature one.

It should be pluggable, like set of pick and choose building blocks of interfaces, that only should take domain expertise and custom specifications as input from the client (Which ever domain.) Until then AI only will become ambitious Sunk cost.

In startups, human interaction is most important more so than a huge corporation because both employee and employer needs to understand the importance of each other. Make sure you treat them right and make sure they are excited,valued and well treated.

Get a mentor, you need to keep them engaged, request with specific questions, ask for suggestions. No one wants to receive a specific mail asking me to be a mentor. they would rather send a note/ give a suggestion which will help you.

1. Validation seem to happen when you send the first message to check if given number is associated with iMessage 2. Second time onward it only checks if the sender is in Data Network or not. 3. There is an option in the iMessage settings > Messages > "Send as SMS" if this option is not selected once the device/iAccount knows the other device is iPhone and you are on Data ... it just sends an iMessage.

Turn "Send as SMS" so that it falls back to SMS if the destination is not available for iMessage.

My Math Teacher told there were some schools where a pilot was conducted teaching calculus concepts from 5th,6th std students and were monitored till they did their graduations and career paths.

Interestingly the people who were chosen randomly, performed equally well and their decisions in addition to math were more logical.

It happens to many, It happened to me. Entrepreneurship as we all know is not easy, if you are financially unstable don't think the world is Goog to end day after tomorrow. It doesn't and shouldn't. Get a relief, get your skills tuned, get employed somewhere and work on your passion and if things work out you can be / will be a success story. However don't Loose hope and passion for what you do. Beat wishes .

For a Business:

* Its a Financial Risk in terms of Commitment to deliver for what is paid for.

You Don't know if the person is really spending the hours he spent.

There is nothing that can save your system, your business, because the business is your life, "Not Necessarily" his.

* Time and Commitment are absent in unwritten understandings.

For a Contractor/Freelancer:

* Its a Financial Risk with respect to the commitment to be paid for deliverable.

* You get only the advance, no matter how complicated the solution you have provided.

* Requirements may change any time, you don't know what you are working and there is no line between success and a failure.
