That's weird. When I enter France from outside Schengen they don't fingerprint me, and I'm not even a European citizen.
And the UK I think.
So, that wasn't even Trump.
But then again, AI is a paperclip maximiser after all...
They do. Literally every spambot I see on Telegram has a paid account.
Fair point! I meant "vastly more painful change than already is happening".
End humanity, maybe not. Causing very painful social changes, however, is absolutely on the cards.
s/dimensia/dementia ?
Hell, I used to know a guy who did this to steal a monitor from work. Went all the way down to Panama or something.
That's what Trump says. You'll be tired of winning!
More specifically, that refers to the Northern Irish MPs from the Sinn Féin party who do not recognise the UK Crown as a lawful authority in NI, and hence, refuse to take an oath of allegiance to it. (They used to not recognise the Republic of Ireland as well, until the 1980s I think.)
And, I think, the last of them remaining.
Sorry for the personal question, but are you a military vet? Because from the way you seem to respect soldiers yet abhor war, it sure does seem that you are.
Ukraine has a proper army with proper weapons and strong foreign support; Gaza only has a bunch of militias with outdated arms and makeshift rockets. Obviously, fighting Gaza is easier than fighting Ukraine.

And between WW1 and WW2. And just before WW1, during the Belle Époque. And probably before that, too.
Holy cow, they've reinvented the armoured trains from the Civil War (late 1910s to early 1920s). In ten years, everything changes, yet in 100 years, nothing does.
I've heard exactly this argument about the Soviet T-34.
Something something essential liberty, something something temporary safety.
Yeah, I'm not bating my breath for the Silicon Valley Invasion Act.
EU is at war with Russia, just that both sides are too cowardly to say it openly.
Children are politically irrelevant.
Who ever said Japan is not xenophobic in this way?
Yes the keywords are in English, but that does not mean much. You can not understand them and just use them as magic incantations. The docs often exist in translated versions, and there are also books about the same platform/language so you're not stuck with only the official docs.
Can confirm. Many a time my colleagues tried to write some comments in English, and the result was so broken I wished they hadn't even tried.
Oh blimey, what a defensive post. Not everyone who dares to criticise your city is a paid outsider shill, chill down.
However, the idea that all European societies are unique snowflakes is laughable to anyone who has visited some non-European country. For all the diversity you folks are quite similar.
To me the system design shit is fun as well, different strokes for different folks!
s/however I want/however they want/; that was a really silly typo.
