Since you never had any sense of smell, would this help you in developing memories about smell ? I am curious on how your brain react to smell sensation when it does not have any memory associated with it.

One thing people need to stop is having office hours where people just join the meeting and do their work. Anyone interested will be looking at it

Being happy even with small things. For example buying a new pen or using new tool makes me happy like a kid receiving candy. I can be happy being alone or in group of people. Slowly I am trying to have zero expectations and not to get effected by anyone actions or words.

I think it is hard to change your beliefs is because of the discomfort that is associated with that change.

1) I want to be organized, I have learned this hard way many times but still fail to be organized. 2) Think big not small. For example solving any problem where I should think how does my solution impact overall system 3) learn about my strengths and weaknesses. I know I am not gifted coder but I should be using my strengths to overcome this weakness 4) write daily journal. This is to see if I can stick to an habit or routine for long time 5) record lot more podcast episodes

If you are not comfortable talking with someone else because you do not want to burden them then you may wana record what you wana share and post as podcast or any other medium where we can listen and post comment or at-least you would know listening to you.

Use kitchen scissors to cut and any herbs . At our university we cannot park closer to our classroom building because that parking was reserved for only professors. However I observed that the people who check if any students parked in that parking area come at specific times . I made note of their schedule and used to park and remove when they about to come

I feel it is relatively easy to make friends during engineering (under grad) when there is no financial responsibilities and you have lot of patience, high level of tolerance. When compared to age where you have more financial responsibility and certain age where you no longer have patience to let go some of things which you do not like in other person. It comes to point where I feel why do I need to compromise on so many things to make friends.
