"NEWS" outlets are competing against social media and are doing things to get your attention.

Some "NEWS" outlets are leaning towards activism and the others are leaning towards entertainment. NEWS companies are now either Media or Technology companies. And journalism has taken a backseat to doing things to get attention

Having different ethnic people targets different demographics. We hear about people from various groups wanting this and now someone is doing it.

My wife is in a Union and she has been getting info that has nothing to do with her job. Some unions cross pollinate with whatever cause someone in the union is interested in. She wants a raise but can't because of collective bargaining, but the union isn't doing anything about that. However they are talking about other political issues. So her dues are not helping her but whatever political issue is being promoted.

I would argue a nuclear one as well. Energy independence and abundance should rely on a number of sources of energy.

I know a lot of Americans who remember 1979 and don't care if they are ever friends again. I agree, I also don't think this is a coherent national security strategy.

I see this as Trump going after governments that were close to Russia and China. Which is why he is going after Iran, Venezuela and Cuba.

Also there are many countries in the middle east that we are friends with which would be happy if Iran falls.

I personally think the Commodore 64 as it was best price to performance you could buy. There is a reason why they call it the VW Beetle of Computers. Heck they are making new ones.

I expect to see this growing as local governments will be pressured to lower costs but maintain public safety. I'm not saying this will solve the issues, but I expect to see more and more departments trying this.

I'm surprised that no one has tried to clone this car. There are replicas of older cars such as older Porsches, Shelbys and others but I can see a small market for people who would want a replica EV-1

First you have the advocates that want technology to make things "safer", then you have the people who want to use the technologies as luxuries thus being able to charge more. Now you have the people who want to use the technologies to monitor you and use that to sell your driving data to whomever is willing to pay. Everyone wants this except drivers.

The "Internet" doesn't suck, people do and thanks to the Internet we can see that. It's not the technology, it's how people use it.
