A solar array would expedite charging, but I believe they intend to monitor energy supply rates and charge based off that as well. eg. When rates dip, it charges at a higher rate.

Wow. I actually have a new patient/establishment doctor's appointment on June 18th to speak with a physician about my lack of ability to focus on tasks and whatnot for more than a few minutes. Reading your post describes me very, very well with the exception of the cleanliness portion.

I am constantly tapping my toes or fingers, biting my nails, clicking my teeth to the beat of a song stuck in my head, etc. My knees even get sore from tapping my foot/shaking my leg while driving in the car. I've been wondering for some time if I suffered from ADHD but didn't want to self-diagnose, and I was too lazy to look for a doctor. Finally set the appointment two months ago and I am ecstatic about finally speaking to someone about it.

One thing that really struck a chord with me was your description of alcohol consumption. Some of the the best stretches of productivity in my life have been when I was holding a buzz after two beers, or the week I was taking Vicodin for a wrist injury. It's like they calm my brain down enough to let me get things done.

I also feel like many people just shirk it off as me being lazy about doing things. Want to study for that certification you've been talking about? Just sit down and do it; turn off the distractions and get to work! It isn't that easy, yet I feel guilty when people think of it that way, even though I know there's more to it.

Thank you for sharing your experiences, it has given me some hope that I might be able to get some help with this.

I love the idea, liking the design so far, and wanted to back it. However, $200 for this seems way too steep. I feel the same way about the Lockitron ($179). Granted, I live in a 900 sq. ft. apartment and not a multi-level house with backyard, etc., but spending almost $200 so I don't have to get up from my couch to see who is at the door is asking too much.

Like I said, I love this idea and I want to back it, but I can't commit that much cash to it (I realize you are only charged when it ships). At that price, the market is too niche (people with physical disabilities, large houses, or just large wallets) and I can't see this succeeding for long.

And you just won them another customer. This was so well-written, informative and entertaining that it completely hooked me. I love giving my SO random surprises, and this (JewelScent) is perfect for that!

I appreciate the work they have done and have a great respect for the amount of research and effort behind this, but I really wish it was more affordable.

My girlfriend is dyslexic and is struggling (even with reading lessons, etc.) through college because of it. I had her read the example in the video and some of the text on their site and she was able to do so much more efficiently. I'd love to be able to purchase this font for her so she can use it when reading/writing documents for her classes, but the amount they are asking is simply too much for me.

I wonder if we'd be able to convince her health insurance to reimburse us for the cost? I can dream. :)

It's not the fact that I care that people know which political party I choose to affiliate myself with, it's the fact that there is no apparent way to not choose. I'm not a Republican or a Democrat, don't force me to choose. A "decline" or "other" choice would solve this nicely.

I started picking at my LCD when I read the word "D.Dress"

I thought the period between the D's was a speck of grime. >_>

Could someone explain in layman's terms what exactly the PROTECT IP act proposes to do? I'm not much for politico speak and don't really have the time to rummage through the entire text myself to figure it out.
