So what is the issue here? Distilling is still fair, on the same level like Anthropic scraped copyright protected material for their training.
So here robbers are blaming robbers?
These claims are just pointless, everytime

I run the itzg Docker Image behind a Wireguard VPN, all hosted on an embedded board (a armbian powered Radxa 12L with 16 GB Ram).
So far so good, we have an offline server, so even if the Microsoft Server is down, we can play (we use PolyMC on PC with offline accounts as well, for the same reason). By default, new users are in "spectator" mode, so they can't do anything without an activation from admin.
Friends get Wireguard QR codes, periodically we rotate them.
I wonder how much more exhausting could have been if they decided to go much southern in Italy, where the service can be much more degraded
PgBouncer is a great piece of software. We use that heavily and had made us DB operations pretty easy
Exactly, how Windows exposes the TPM functionalities is a far better experience than in other platforms
The German Healthcare System is moving to the TelematikInfrastruktur 2.0, which has foundations in Zero Trust security, which includes also remote attestation and proof with TPM.
I had made a dummy client as example and I must say that on development perspectives, it is wild.
There are some Go libraries, which support only RSA instead of EC for TPM Keys, on the C++ side you get most of results in Windows through the CryptoProvider, on Linux and Mac exists own OS solutions/access.
Implementing it isn't trivial at all, otherwise you would already seen (not vibe-coded) open source implementions spawning on GitHub.
And Compiler Explorer also
Like everybody got 128 GB RAM..
If I buy a DVD, it costs a fixed price.
Why should it be variable, if we talk about digital media? Storage and content streaming is cheaper than embracing a whole logistic (producing DVDs/BlueRays, packaging, shipping).
But here we are again: if you buy something digital, you just pay for a "usage license", you don't own anything at all. After all these years or decades, I am still surprised that people expect to own digital content, forever
Frankly, Unreal Tournament got a lot of that energy and peaked gameplay. Very new fresh ideas like capture the flag back then was really cool. And the speed and stability was also great.
And US users spend much more than their EU counterpart
True story, they can already drive a tractor at 10 and I know people who learned to drive a proper truck at 13 too
I don't know how long will it take to attack also flatpak/flathub and snap stores as well.
Isn't that the case of over fitting? You have more data, but when you ask something that's not in that data, hallucinations happen
I wish they supported much more phones
Interesting. what kind if applications are challenging you?
Windows has reached the point where it deserves only to run in a virtual machine for some needs.
Otherwise leave it behind and move on to Linux, BSD or whatever doesn't require a cloud account to work
I love the take about it. But nowhere is mentioned how have they installed Linux on those boards and which kind of distribution. I would also run Linux on retired phones, just I can't because some of them have a locked bootloader and the unlocking method doesn't work anymore, because the producer has retired the tool
Looks interesting but yet no Ollama model?
This is really cool
Indeed. Unfortunately you can only unleash that power on tracks
5 minutes, for the only model available in EU that costs €120k+
In Italy and Germany it is massively used. You can only find events there and nowhere else.
Since I don't own a FB account, I don't have access to the events information as well.
It is the same question of: "why hasn't there been a real competitor to Facebook Events and why many people post events information only there?"
See the EUDI Wallet running on (surprise surprise) only Android and iOS for mobile..
As owner of 4K monitors, I can confirm. When in go to the office, where only HD monitors are there, I am basically degrading my work productivity, since I can barely read, since big windows are overall too.
Where is it? On ollama I see only the bigger one
What about quality? How do you assure that everything works without misshapen?
Naive question: how much time do you spend doing so vs. Doing the actual work yourself?
