Thanks for the tip! I found it. Interestingly, this is a very boring version from the one I remember. What I recall was a kids voice saying something about buying his parents photos for Christmas or something. Still pretty cool. Thanks again!

For some reason I still remember the Kmart in-store ad from the early 80s. It was about the photo development at the Camera Bar. It went something like "Kmart now offers the Goof Proof Picture Perfect guarantee..." I'd love to hear that again.
Yellow type on white is always bad design no matter how much the rest of the logo improves.
I have to wonder if Amazon's failure to recognize the obvious here has anything to do with Bezos' "we are willing to be misunderstood for long periods of time." That statement has always kind of bothered me. I get what he was trying to say but I have to think they believe they can innovate against markets.
I'm not opposed to what Musk is trying to do but how or why are auto dealers a monopoly? Those direct sales laws were originally created to preserve small business.
I like this idea. You can learn a ton about behavior with a little traction.
Or you could be like Facebook and just ignore request to unsubscribe by hitting their unsubscribe button.
I think their real problem is preservatives.
It wasn't a good logo to begin with. Lets start there. It's trying too hard to be literal and fit into the blue round boundaries of most other browser logos. And I honestly don't know whether the tail is supposed to be stylized fire or not. The asymmetry and distracting hi lights bother me too. In order to evolve and mature a logo it has to be solid to begin with. Otherwise updating it just makes it fall apart.
I reallyyy like what you've done. Similar to http://pen.io
Medium does not seem to have a way to post from an iPad. It says I have an unsupported browser. Really, Medium? Or am I missing something?
I wish it wasn't the case but sadly reddit does not deliver for advertisers. Any good pitch deck would include testimonials and case studies. Those ads on slide 8 with thousands of comments are run many, many months if not longer to collect all those comments. The comments I've received on my Reddit ads are a litany of haters. Why advertise to people not willing to support their advertisers and spend money? Not in every case but I have to believe by and large this is true. I will say for their pitch deck, they are representing their cat loving constituent well. So there's that.
Site is: 10 Call Clear
Gassée: still bitter after all these years.
I think 10% will create a rather large barrier to entry for most.
This is what happens when you build a business on top of free users then attempt to make money later - not that there is anything wrong with that.
Maybe I'm not seeing (no pun intended) it, but I don't want something distracting to me and others sitting on my face. I get lifecasting will be a cool thing but I'd rather have a discreet cam on my shirt collar or elsewhere on my person.
"Budget: $750 - $1,000"
Too bad. I would have done it for $749.
I'm not a Facebook hater but I don't have the time to keep up with all of their questionable tactics so I recently unliked everything and removed my profile and cover photos which I know understand are public. I also removed everything from my profile descriptions. Gaining my trust they are not.
That would have been good to know before I started clicking. DANG!
Smells like Nirvana!
Inexpensive unique gifts.
Not to be offensive but advertising on Reddit is basically trolling for cheapskates. Sure you may get a little traffic but they don't buy anything. I know from experience.
Amen.
Yes, and that's my point.
How Instagram uses celebrity photos is not at the top of my list of concerns.
Not sure, but I don't think it's about improving ones sleep. It's about screwing Twitter.
The only reason I read (skim) TC is to get a feel for what's hot. That's it.
"Mark Cuban, you can afford $0.003 per fan to increase Mavs home game attendance. C’mon son!"
Telling people what they can afford is not a very well thought out argument.
Point well taken. I will take encouragement from it. Thanks.
