When someone will embrace anything to harm you, you have to be prepared to weaponize the same things.

I bet you make widgets
Democracy is dying anyway. It's not sustainable anymore. Enjoy the ride and wait and see if there's any opportunity for you.
Evil people involved in that organization anyway.
Only if that person is me
It's not possible for the simple minds of peon workers. For ubermensch executives it's well within their ability.
That was just a propaganda piece from big theft.
If I have to choose between a dictatorship of the military and a dictatorship of a communist judiciary, I'd rather live under the military one.
Have you tried asking the CIA?
Yes but sadly those people continue to live and vote
Corporations should make the laws.
Since removing the office from my life, I think I spend more time at home and more time in social spaces.
Same here, I got out a lot more when I was WFH, even when I was hybrid, I would get out even on weekday afternoons/evenings and socialize a bit.
But we were just dragged in office full time again, and it's once again rare for my to step outside after work. Now I'm more likely to be mental exhausted and spend my time napping, and consuming low energy entertaining before the next day.
The data hoarders are just a greedy sometimes. I can across a story of some lost media the other day, that supposedly had at least one physical copy remain, but no copies would be made, so that the holder could jack the price up on ebay.
I just wish it was easier to browse. Maybe it's just me, but I find navigating to what I'm looking for on their site painful every time I try.
What can you expect from a substance blog tbf.
I could never understand why people expect everything to be static and never change.
Im sure ifbits perfectly fine if you pair it with a nice lead based diet.
I saw an HN thread a while back where someone recommended a comprehensive book on some networking subject. I'm sure it was a good book, I was floored when I saw physical copies being sold fucking $700.
Unfortunately, a lot of the technical books I wish to read fall into this grift of academic texts.
At this point I'm convinced judges are among the most corrupt, despicable government officials in the US.
Hopefully the people running the scams will eventually just get lynched
McDonald's is hiring though
Maybe try starting a cult instead of a company, you'll find more idiots willing to be true believers in whatever bullshit you've cooked up.
So by utilizing this kind of strategy you select for the employees you least want.
Unless the employees you want are those that can be easily controlled.
Good thing those are the things people need to live?
Not but those are the sort of things people who say stuff like this need to you to purchase to keep you complaisant
Pretty much what I expected. It was very obvious to me it was just engagement hacking for money when I saw damn near every one has a list of irrelevant celebrity hashtags attached at the end.
Still, there are ones even stranger than the trash AI images targeting the attention of idiots. I saw a post seemingly advertising a real book, but for some reason, in the content of the post. The claimed the book was written by [Person A] while the photo of the book they posted clearly noted the author as [Person B]. Didn't seem like a simple accident either. The actual author had a name that looked to be of middle eastern origin, while the fale author was some west-African insert.
Eh, that's not even too far off from many of the people I meet.
I was fine for the pay structure on its own. I gave up when I was rejected for not having the hyper specific domain experience they wanted for the pay they were asking for. This was primarily a CRUD job btw and I was qualified by any other standard.
Yeah, but it’s very likely a massive amount of the player count is bots, mostly bots farming for drops at that https://youtu.be/2stmQfv93oQ?si=qaecdQh723xwpr7T
It’s dead to me until they only take care of the bots and cheaters but nuke all cunts who defend and refuse to kick said cheaters
I wish, market is too dangerous right now though. I was out of work for significantly longer than I should have been because my one dealbreaker for the longest time was remote.
Current job started out 3/2 hybrid but full RTO is being mandated by the end of the month. Not looking forward to it.
The US Chemical Safety Board channel. They do mini documentaries on chemical/industrial disasters that they investigated. Some of them are relatively in depth: https://youtube.com/@uscsb
Most videos are probably a bit shorter than 20min, but they do have several in that range.
