I am wondering how do you deal with existing models from an existing project. From what I understood you're defining models at the raml level.

That's actually what happens in Canada. In Quebec even if you're a native French speaker ( the official language in Quebec ) but you happen to have a Muslim name or a Chinese name you will suffer from discrimination... And this is a fact... it's sometimes hidden behind an excuse that the person didn't meet the criteria or didn't have enough experience.

In Quebec if you don't have an American name or a French name they might not read your resume.

In the matter of "these people" to be honest. Who cares? It's so easy to stop following them and reading what they have to say! I don't even know them and I don't even care. Live your life, be happy and stop thinking about what other have to say. Snarky people will always exist it's your choice to follow them or not.

I never thought about those other requests. Maybe and request.anything workflow could be interesting.

How about Performance Reviews? How do you actually do it ?

I am interested in understanding why you decided not to continue with your business ? It looks like OP's company is doing pretty well. Customers would not be an issue for you. If you look at the number of employees OP has it is a possible market to persue. Competition exists everywhere.
