Microsoft carried this style of layout builder into the original asp.net web-forms in the first couple versions of Visual Studio.NET. If I remember correctly it worked just like the form builder for VB6/MFC-C++, but it's been a while.

It's a little old now but the Motorola Droid Turbo has served me well. Even though the phone is over three years old it holds a charge for the entire day (17 hours) and still has a 30-35% remaining at the end of the day.

Any news outlet or aggregator that's claims it is unbiased is probably lying. If there are humans involved there will be bias.
The last I heard CADE2, the modernized (J2EE) system, had replaced the majority of the IMF functionality (IMF is the core of tax return processing). I'm not completely sure though as I haven't talked to those guys in over 4 years now.
I did contact work with the IRS from '06-'09, on the IMF and BMF (master file system) and I assure you there are no punch cards. Old school main frame assembly yes, but no punch cards.
I think every here already knew that.

Why does Oracle, DB2, Sybase, or any other commercial RDBMS still exist?
I use dbeaver for my oracle work, it's a great tool. It beats using the bloated sqldeveloper.

I work for an org that just upgraded from XP to Win7, however we went straight to ie11 as the default browser during the upgrade. However, optional use Firefox and Chrome is permitted for both XP and Win7.

The bible belt continues to have some of the worst (or hardest) places to live in US. If find this very interesting, as many in this area continue to shun higher education in favor of strict adherence to the bible.

As a former drinker (mostly beer), who now partakes an an occasional non-alcoholic beer. I can say that most NA beer does indeed suck, but not all of them. Erdinger and Buckler are pretty good and even O'Douls Amber is not too bad.
I was in the US military in the late 80s and early 90s and we were told then that carbon fiber used in aircraft may be cancer causing. Nothing new here.
In most circumstances I am all for attorney-client privilege. But if you are in jail or prison and provided a medium to communicate to the outside world and that medium requires you to accept a consent to monitoring agreement before each use, then you should have no expectation of privacy regardless of whom the communication is with. The prison system has proper ways to initiate secure attorney-client communication and these people failed to use it, that’s their problem. However, I do think the law needs to be updated to allow for secure email communication between the attorney and client, but until that occurs they need to live within the confines of the law.

As a large enterprise I am aware of atleast one app using the following: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft, Oracle.
We also use: DB2, Informix, SQLite, and some others I don't even know about.
Nothing like debunking a political debate by writing an op-ed favoring your side of the argument.
