My work machine (windows) has an uptime of 18 days. But I hibernate it daily. Hibernate in windows os is wonderful thing. Sadly Apple doesn't have something similar. My apple machine (Mac Studio) shuts down everyday. Since it doesn't have hibernation feature.

Whats .NET doing in between?
I'm porting my unity game to web using copilot. Is fun. I can iterate so fast. https://github.com/XEonAX/DriftsInSpace/tree/main/client
A cyberpunk 2077 inspired Tower Defence game https://github.com/XEonAX/TowerPunk-CyberDefence
I had already developed a tower defence game without AI long time back.
Wanted to try my hand at guided vibe engineering and see how faster was it.
Its a great motivator, happened with me too, I once asked a question about getting the original camera on custom rom and got this as a response [1]. This lead to 2 year long project [2] and an awesome time full of learnings and collaboration

Its named as if a khajit had DB tools to sell
I have been using a 43 inch TV as a monitor, since last 10 years, currently on a LG. You get lot of screen-space, as well as you can sit away from desk and still use it. Just increase the zoom.
I would like to recommend The Wandering Inn by Pirateaba. You won't read anything else for years.
I gave up apple development after 2 years of paying developer fees. Vague errors, buttons that work 2nd time. but not the first time.
I got into apple development to publish a unity game to iDevice. To publish unity game to iDevice, you need a mac. You also need yearly apple developer membership. Where they make you jump through hoops which provides them entertainment. Just like you being an animal in a circus which they control.
I learnt apple doesn't care. Now I also don't care. (but yeah that got my money. I didn't get any money)
Microsoft DX has me spoiled.
Hi Allan, I am a big fan of yours, found datatables while working on personal project of mine last year. Its perfect.
Using it in another personal project this year.

Can you see if you can serve the static files over cdn, might speed up the site loading speed. claviar.wasm took 4 minutes to load here. 200MBPS connection
I also made something similar, time to time I get tones people play when they interact with it. https://trails.aeonax.com/
Its back. I guess they made it private, so the forks and stars are unlinked. Made it public again.
Which countries? All?
This reminded me of my Show HN https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=41791443

Same here. you also get buttons to interact.
Its disconnected from power during the day when I am not at home. So can't put it to sleep.
I use softwares, that opens projects, which take some time to open, say for e.g. Unity Editor, Visual Studio etc. With the reopen windows thing, it just launches the Unity Hub, and Visual Studio Launcher. It doesn't actually open the apps to the state I was expecting, hence wasting time. I was looking for Windows like Hibernate, coz I don't need to keep it powered. Imagine, being able to resume from exact previous state, all undo history maintained, clipboard state, everything as was left previously, This is how it worked on windows.
I also recommend this. Been using 43inch 4K TV since last 10 years. MY first TV (Vu 43inch Iconium) died this year, Got another 43inch 4K TV from LG (43UT8050) now. Ensure you get one that supports atleast 60hz refresh rate. My first one did not at 4K. It even starts faster than android TVs. I always keep on game mode, this setting ensure minimal input latency and no TV side post processing. The smart TVs don't need to be connected to internet, since I don't use the smartness of theirs. Finding dumb TVs is difficult here.
Ok it's a bit longer, only a little bit.

The Wandering Inn [1], Stories of an alternate world somehow connected to a certain innkeeper of the said inn.
Features extensive world building, character building, Lots of fleshed out characters, contains humour as well as serious stuff, has dragons, fae, aliens, time travel, hiveminds, automatons, cute pets, cosmic horrors, history lessons, magic, alchemy and steampunk engineering.
It's a bit longish and not finished yet, 2/3 done as of this year.
I made this to waste time along with others. https://trails.aeonax.com/
Learnt a bit about threejs, tonejs. Made using chatgpt in 5 evenings.
After 2 days I shared with friends, it didnt work on their device. Had to rewrite the graphics part correctly. I doesnt look as nice as the original one on my device. but now works on their device.

Making a game and publishing it got me hired at my current job. Its not a gamedev job, but an enterprise SAAS.
A stock price analytics webapp. That gets data from various sources. And is able to bulk analyse historical data. Made for a friend. But now used by more peeps.
https://stonks.aeonax.com Only for India tho
Maybe no. But the wandering inn, is nice epic story that connects well together across chapters. It's still ongoing with around 2/3 finished as per the author.
If you are into massive stories. Have a look at The Wandering Inn. It's a bit longish.
