Not really, I work at a big and older company and they will even have stickers around the office(we only need to go to the office 4 or 5 times per year, but can go whenever we please) to put in the laptops.

Spain has similar population, area and climate to California, and even though it has less GDP it has built some good high speed trains infrastructure. I can see your point if the alternative is travelling by car, but if you're going to take planes the train can be a viable option. There are plenty of big urban centres in California that can support public transit.

I mostly used those during the height of the pandemic, with the restrictions on how many people could be inside an store and even how worried I was of getting sick with a small child at home and very far from my family. But now, I have lot's of options very close to home and very few worries (Although I mask myself when inside the store)

In Spain we have this Bizum thing that allow us to use phone numbers to send money between bank accounts. I Brazil we have Pix which is similar but allows great flexibility on how to identify one person(phone, email, random key)

I worked with games development most of my life and then went to web development in this change, for some reason I ended up in position a bit more senior than what I was prepared for in this domain. I thought the job would be fine, specially being my second successful interview with the company, I thought their processes meant that I was good enough for the job they offered me.

India is country with lots of poor people, so sometimes that money is not enough to have decent services for upper middle class citizens not feel like paying a lot for poor services. It is one of the problems of my home country, corruption is problem as well, but sometimes you're just paying lots of money because lots of people are paying nothing or very little.

I live in a metric country and screen sizes are in inches, the other measures have their metric size in parenthesis, I would googled the 9.4 inches high, but not the 9.7 screen.

On the other hand, the low end lumias are more usable than most of same priced android phones in Brazil, I know that here and parts of africa is the way the market is going. I hope they don't stop serving this market.

I use the favorites to mark something to read later, it means that I'm interested in some link that was posted but I wasn't in conditions to read at that time. The OP service is spammy but no one told me that the favorites should only be used in the way you describe.
