Software engineer with experience in B2B SaaS, smart city/mobility projects, and FinTech. Looking for an opportunity in the area of developer tooling and/or work on soft real-time systems.
Ruby web developer with 3 years of experience. I've worked as a full-stack developer (generalist) for 2 years, then shifted towards the back-end. I've built APIs, a reporting module for Indonesia's no. 1 accounting SaaS, and a location-based search engine for a bike rental app.
Interested in a full-time backend position at a company with a good engineering culture (at least 8/12 in The Joel Test).
Valid point. I leave it to the users how they secure their machine in which this app run, e.g. it's not wise to use this while your hard drive (or at least home directory) is unencrypted or the said machine is a corporate laptop.
Lobsters' tagging/filtering feature is also neat. Beside that, other thing I find lacking in HN is mobile experience, sure it's got optimized lately but I accidentally hit upvote sometimes.
