- while I am going through the chapters i keep trying to highlight certain sentences so i could bookmark them for later, itd also be great to do cmd+f to search keywords
- in chapter 1, the "under the hood" link crashes the app

sure but OOXML is on avg 12x~ larger than markdown so you'll burn a ton of tokens. I second using pandoc but depends on why you need it to be in markdown in the first place?

it comes with a suite of tools (multi-agent tools to do search over many docs, RAG out of the box, prompt generation per section to reduce context drift, granular AI steerability, structured block generations for 100+ page reports ect.)

im building a simple service catalog available in slack. it lets you fuzzy search any service name (eg. payments or billing because naming is hard) and get back which team owns it, their working hours, runbook link ect. so you can answer who owns this? with 1 command. I'm still playing around with what pain points to solve for staff in large orgs s o any suggestions on what annoys you would be super helpful.
those are some great points. I suppose for each company those numbers will differ (0.1 for amazon is massive) so would be hard to productize
