Very good point. But I still think the bitcoin ecosystem is missing a foolproof way to securely store bitcoins in the way that US dollars have a bank.
Paper wallets can get lost or stolen, A lot of online wallets get hacked, and DIY encryption doesn't seem like a great way to go either, especially for grandma.
I'd happily pay a fee to coinbase in exchange for some kind of insurance against them being hacked.
Would it be possible for CoinBase to have some kind of FDIC like insurance? It seems like that's the biggest problems with bitcoins these days is that there's no safe place to store them.
Which part is generating the keypairs? Is it bitcoin specific?
I'm curious how it's done. I'm thinking to code up something where people can have a small amount of bitcoins donated to every URL they visit. If it ever caught one if could be a way to fund content instead of ads.
Couldn't another part of the problem simply be lack of marketing for these drugs?
Everyone is aware there are goto drugs to toenail fungus and restless leg syndrome from all of the commercials. Shouldn't drugs like these that apply to even more people be all over the airwaves?
A whole day is a little excessive but other wise that's exactly what an interview should be. I'd like nothing better than to see the actual code I'd be working with and see how I work together with others on the team.
In fact I once passed on a job offer because they wouldn't let me see the code until I accepted.

Lets say we fly a rocket up to earth sun L4 at a really slow speed. When we reach L4 we fire retro rockets to slow down as to not overshoot.
It seems to me that we never have to reach a high speed to stay in space at that point. The two bodies would be holding us there?
Is that correct? Is there a certain speed to fly out to L4 which uses less fuel than speeding up to 8km/s like you would need to stay in space orbiting earth?
