I have the MZOO sleep mask as well and it’s the best I’ve found after trying a bunch of different brands. I bought a second as a backup and would rebuy in the future if needed.

I got the same modal, but I opened up DevTools, deleted the modal and was able to then click into my account settings and delete my account.

This is a really good analogy (gas station customers) that I haven’t heard before. I’ve often tried to describe this ‘low intent’ group but never had a good way to make it relatable.

The linked article only looks at the time period of the last 50 years. If you believe in big cycles (like covered in Ray Dalio’s “The Changing World Order”), expand that perspective to several hundred years and market returns don’t look quite as guaranteed over a given 20 year period. I’m still formulating my own thesis but it’s a good read if you are into such things.

I forward emails for custom domains from my registrars (Namecheap and GoDaddy) to Gmail. Then you can use a free Zoho account that lets you send email from your custom domain from within you Gmail account (sent via Zoho's email servers). It's a bit of work to set up but then you can do everything from within Gmail seamlessly.

Yeah, legit .com dictionary words are all taken. You can sometimes find really obscure ones, but none of the ones on Dictionary Domains are available as .com.

Over the weekend, I built Dictionary Domains to make it super easy to find unregistered {word}.{tld} domains for your next project.

There's some pretty great tools out there that help find domains: I really like Lean Domain Search and back in the day I used Bust A Name a ton. But really, I'm a huge fan of simple verb/noun/adjective domains. I'd happily compromise on the .com extension to get something clean and meaningful.

Googling for concert dates does suck. I'm not sure the best way to solve it though. Building a database of concert dates is a big undertaking. It's not uncommon for modern bands to have played 500 - 1000+ concerts. Classic bands twice that amount. Multiplied by thousands of bands. Songkick seems to have done a pretty good job getting a baseline concert database together. Potential for an integration.

The auto-fill currently only suggests bands that have been entered into SeenDB.

Yep, that's something I'll be looking at. Setlist.fm could definitely be interesting. Other sites often don't have data about what actually happened at the show though (setlists, photos, videos, attendees). Seems most are focused on upcoming info.

Agreed. Although you could replace 'Excel' with 'Word' and still be just as correct.

There is low hanging fruit in the problems to solve though. For example, finding and highlighting outliers in a column. It's a relatively simple feature but yields big benefits to users.
