Try being over 30 sitting at a desk your while life and then try and use a 13” screen. Eye strain is a huge deal.

macOS latest: Settings -> Keyboard -> Text Input area, hit edit next to input sources "use smart quotes and dashes", you can turn it off or choose which quotes you want to use.

previous macOS: Settings -> Keyboard -> Look around in here, there is a smart quotes & dashes or Replacements area you can choose the real quote characters.

I like my framework and the 2 mini pc made from upgrading the internals. The slots are pass through thunderbolt 4 just like laptops with only USB’s ports. Not sure why they offended you. Get 4 usbc inserts and pretend they aren’t changeable if that’ll calm you down. Battery life does suck though I’ll give you that. It’s good overall at the cost though

Scrolling would require the presenter to constantly reference a screen He/She/They may not be able to see.

Gnome developers actively discourage fixing things yourself even though they often use that as a reply to bug reports. Fixes are often rejected as "not bugs" so most just give up and move on.

The phone and watch are advertised as intergraded with each other so this does not happen. Just like answering FaceTime on one device is supposed to stop the others from ringing. It is a feature of the watch and iPhone to figure out which should be listening and it is broken.

All problems are solvable by switching to AWS EC2 which doesn't cost money to transfer Data out of S3 to begin with.

You could just host in AWS EC2 pay the extra few dimes and not pay ANY S3 transfer cost.

Nobody has to use a license. If you don't feel you can afford it, don't use it.

Its not exploited. There are several other license options Elastic could have used other than the one that says "Do whatever you want".

The license communicates to others how you approve the usage of your copyright work. If you aren't communicating "do whatever you want" don't pick a license that literally says "do whatever you want".
