From my angle:

1. You CAN quit. - What would happen if you got fired tomorrow? The same thing would happen if you quit. OK so you might not have any savings and have kids etc i don't know but YOU CAN - unless you are being held hostage - thats another matter.

2. MAKE WAR - if you hate your job then drop everything and MAKE WAR with this situation. I mean as soon as you finish work you start building your CV and start applying for other jobs. But don't just leave work, go home and sit around moaning about how you hate your job. I would be putting in 5 hours a night for 4 weeks to land a new job. I would even try and do this while in work, buts thats me.

3. Do something - if you become unemployed your now self-employed also - grab a piece of paper, a pen and write down everything you can do. Start somewhere. I borrowed a friends lawnmower and mowed lawns for 4 days some years ago when i was on my arse just to make $200 for rent

But don't say can't. You can - thats the key.

People bitch and moan to me about their boss, he's this, he's that. It's just a job. Job's are risky. Get rid of the risk and work for yourself.

But take strength from knowing that you can do what you want. Quit if you have to. Your the boss of you.

What's your process from taking a new idea for growth and implementing it?

Great question and it's one that is driving my current plans for 2014 "to wake up and do what I want to do".

I would spend a lot more time with my wife and daughter even in the small things such as taking my girl to school and picking her up.

I would spend more time being aware, walking and meditating.

I would then spend a huge chunk of time giving somehow. I have a few projects me and my wife are starting in this area such as running a free course for new parents on how to resuscitate babies, top 5 risks for new borns etc

And travel!

I wouldn't be too concerned with finding an investor in Morocco though, look at Africa, Europe or any country specific startup programs...

You have two options (there are more but let's not make this decision harder by throwing more options in)!

The first is to throw all of your money into investing in bit coins. You could do it right now. You then sit tight. Next challenge - when do you sell?

The second is you approach this in a lean way. Say if you have $10,000, you might buy $1,000 and then monitor this daily for the next 30 days - you then have some personal and realistic idea of which way your luck is flowing!

You could also setup a spreadsheet and pretend you have invested all of your money and track this - day 30 how are you feeling looking at the results?

I would also look at the likes of litecoin which is also showing some growth.

Best way, do it. Minimise the risk by testing it. 30 days is a great way to test.

Don't forget we're 90% wrong most of the time about everything - hey but that's ok!

You mention sales 'call' I am assuming this means face-to-face and not as in call via phone?

My opinion:

1. Use professional cold caller to book appointments 2. You seem to have done a good job doing the sales calls in person, why not keep this up until you reach MO RR of some level eg $5,000 3. Then employ a hot sales person with a proven track record, give him a decent basic but an awesome commission structure

If you don't want to pay a basic then look at giving any new salesperson all of the profit 100% for the first three months of a new customer. If you are certain they will be around for 12 months then you will get the biggest share but this will drive the sales person to get as many RR clients as possible.

Money talks with good sales people.

Hi, well done for starting something.

Your biggest challenges without knowing you or your business idea as well as you do are:

………Who are my customers? ………What problem am I solving for them? ………What is the solution? ………Will they pay me for the solution?

So what you should be doing is resolving those challenges.

I would go lean and do the following

Come up with a startup idea - you have done this Document your major assumptions/risks - I have done this above but you could tailor it a bit more for your idea Develop an interview script to test the assumption Find customers to interview Interview the customers Interpret your results, and Go back to Step 1

As a creator (don't like calling myself an entrepreneur) I have failed more than 30 times and out of this I lost everything 3 times and personally went bankrupt 1 week before my wedding (talked about this on Mixergy during Andrews failure week).

I'm now on my third success and each new project seems to get better and bigger, I still launch something that sucks here and there but I enjoy the journey and NOT the attachment to the end result.

I hate to sound all Zen here but failure is normal. I wish I had three kids, wish my wife was pregnant - you lucky man.

Failure cannot live with persistence.

90% of what we do sucks! but that's ok.

You really have no control over your future so enjoy the path.
