How to find out which Go version built your binary

spacey
1pts0

I was waiting for this new update, hoping for a Pro Model without touchbar. Apple lost a customer in me now.

Time to look for new alternatives, the HUAWEI MateBook X Pro is something that I am excited to give a try. I just hope that the Linux support for it will become a bit better.

Go 1.6 is Released 10 years ago

3) A compiled Go binary contains the import paths of all used libraries plus all variable names that they are using. Also the header of the binary contains a string like "Go" followed by a hash. If you open a binary in a Hex Editor you will see it yourself.

Front-End Engineer

We're a small SAAS startup in Berlin tackling online fraud, we're VC funded with experienced founders and a solid team. We are looking for a well-rounded FE developer to build big-data visualization dashboards from scratch as well as develop browser-related fraud detection tools.

You'll need to have an expert level of Javascript and solid experience shipping finished products, you'll have a clean slate to start on, but we'd be leaning towards using React. Primarily we're only interested in working with someone who writes clean maintainable code.

As a company, problems are handled pragmatically & professionally, expectations are high but we’re more interested in someone who knows where their knowledge stops and wants to be constantly improving. The work environment in comparison to other startups I’ve been in would best be described as ‘sane’, in that projects are planned, code tested, efforts estimated and reviewed. Our current team is cross-functional and highly experienced in this field.

We offer competitive salaries, good working conditions and we are willing to sponsor visas.

Even more impressive than this hello world and with 29 byte just 3 byte bigger:

  b013cd10c52f0f3197b18cb38cfe018009804b75f881c74001e2f0ebe9
I made this in 2001 and used it once in a job interview, I asked for access to a computer running XP, opened cmd.exe and debug.exe, entered the asm code (rdtsc is not supported by debug.exe but i remembered the 0f31 opcode) and blew someones mind.

You could as well use an external tool to en/decrypt your text with for example blowfish + base64 encoding and use Skype just as the transportation layer of the encrypted messages.

Based on the title I was expecting to find PHP code that parses the exe PE header to extract the icon files of the resources. icoutils will not be available or possible to install on every web hosting.
