IMO, in person it's much nicer on the ears than the old single-tone beep that they used to have. It's less jarring and easier to locate where the noise is coming from, ye olde beep seemed to come from everywhere at once.

One could argue that if you are about to majorly break back compat, that you should just rename your project. Even calling it `foo2` is better than pretending it's `foo 2.0`. It may slow adoption of your new work, but at least it's staying honest.

Instead of "ad hoc", think of it as a multi-paradigm language.

From that viewpoint, I think there is a fair bit of beauty in being able to pick and choose your approach based on the problem at hand without worrying if that is an idiomatic choice dictated by language designers. P6 goes to great lengths to give you all the expressiveness you could hope for, regardless if you are doing functional, OOP, or dealing with concurrency etc...

Navigation of the select box would be improved if "/r/" prefix was stripped from every item. Ex, I clicked on select box and start typing "cable" expecting for it to navigate to one of those entries, but it just hung on the first item. Alternatively, can use some fancy select component with search function, like Chosen etc.

iPhones of similar vintage* (1, 3G, 3GS) looked somewhat similar IMO.
