This reminds me of the saying: "Never compare your beginning to someone else's middle." It's never too late to start, so it's never too late to be awesome.

"If you decide to raise the price, you can grandfather in all of your existing customers, and if you decide to lower it, you can give them all the new price."

Not doing this is one of the biggest mistakes companies can make re: pricing.

Love this. Clicked for the title, but stayed for the content. Great point. Will definitely be writing the manual.

I really liked this post and completely agree with the message. We tend to equate each year of experience with "getting better". That's just not always the case. It has to be deliberate. You have to be curious!

This is so true:

"You need incredible vision and conviction to be successful. You also need incredible timing and an absurd amount of luck."

Whether or not we'd like to admit it, luck does have a lot to do with success.

Fantastic interview. Especially the last few lines:

There are not right and wrong choices. I’ve done both of these things and had a great time with both of them. The only mistake is to not choose — try to straddle the path — or to choose the path which ultimately will not make you happy or fulfilled.
