This is really misleading. ETH may handle more than the top crypto m by market cap, but Steemit and Bitshares dwarf all of these combined by number of transactions.

They could be on a strand where they figured out how to stop the need for ODECs :)
You should have used Parambulator to create a more precise model :) Awesome job.
I really enjoyed your post and look forward to reading the series. I would suggest you try out Steemit.com as this is their business model as well, they already have a large community, and this type of post/series would be like catnip over there.
In my opinion this is the greatest, television series of all time. The way every loose end is tied up and they show that really nothing has changed, the cycle just repeats itself... it's a master stroke. I moved to Baltimore years after the series ended, but it could still have been made here today. Just with smartphones and encryption. The players are stil the same and the city is pretty much unchanged in terms of the underlying issues.
And my apartment is across the street from stringers copy shop :)
This country (USA) throws away $537 Billion retail in food annually. I don't think it's just this guy.

Multisignature wallets mean that you can beat the credentials out of a person and still not be able to access the coins. You would have to figure out who else had keys and beat then too. Raising the difficulty a non-trivial level.
This is the rebrand. This project was initially ZeroCoin, then ZeroCash, and now the abbreviated ZCash
Could the need to manually refill water periodically be replaced by a condenser that constantly pulled ambient moisture out of the air? The total amount of water they are talking about is not very much. This seems like it could be solved without constant topping off.
Funny enough, I remember people having this exact sentiment about PayPal in 2001.
Paul, you don't know me. But this could not have been more perfectly timed. Thank you, so much.
Then why allow PPL holders to have passengers at all. Why does it magically change when you split a tank of gas with me? I agree, I am skeptical of flying with low hours pilots. I AM a low hour pilot and I'm skeptical of flying myself! But it would be perfectly legal for me to take passengers as a PPL holder. It's also perfectly legal for me and others to share the flight costs down to a common destination. As long as I don't pay less than my fair share. I think saying that something is transformed when I say on a public forum "Hey guys, I'm going to New Orleans for the weekend. Anyone want to come down and split costs with me?" Is being dishonest.
Either passengers can assess the danger, or they can't.
Paying for half a tank of gas does not change that.
Citation please.
This is awesome. We run CGM in the cloud for my 8 yo type 1. It alone has been such a huge benefit. I have wondered about zero basal to prevent lows. Thanks for pioneering here. Would love to hear more.
I think that their irresponsible reporting bringing numerous death threats upon an innocent man probably weighs in somewhere.

Xah,It really sounds like you need a bitcoin address. Coinbase.com (YC S12) is a great place to start. Once you have some coins, you will find no shortage of people in the bay area willing to buy them off of you.
I would even be willing to run a btc fundraiser on your behalf. I don't have a lot of rep on here, but it's pretty solid in the bitcoin space. Google Jason King Bitcoin or Sean's Outpost
Best of luck, man. Stay strong.
Yes, it is correcting back to what it was...this morning.
Will you take bitcoin for the purchase price?
Im really surprised that doesn't exist yet. YC applications still open? :)
Being in an extremely economically depressed area of the country doesn't help either.
I agree you can make more. But, one thing to consider is, you have to have a bank account to deposit turk money into or buy things from Amazon. Neither of those has the immediacy of Bitcoin.
Also, a lot of homeless have issues getting a bank account. We have millions of "unbanked" people in the US alone.
Tis is really awesome.
If it's cool with you, I'm going to build one of these to house homeless is Satoshi Forest (http://bitcoinmagazine.com/6939/seans-outpost-announces-sato...).
Seems like a rather elegant solution.
If you are not actually watching, the narrative of this talk is entirely defensive of the work going on by the NSA. They are flat out denying the information leaked my Mr. Snowden.
Also, Rep. Dutch Ruppersberg just said the words "True Facts"
They take bitcoin now (again).
