Models are bad at chess. I am using a middleman to help models play chess and experimenting. https://abhay-ai.github.io/R_Daneel_AI/

I dislike crypto as much as the next guy but, the normal currencies are not very different.
It depends on how much you want the LLM to do. I personally work on function level and can easily verify if it works with a look and few tests.
The whole field of metaheuristic algorithms rests on a similar idea. a lot of stupid "agents" finding a good solution. by metaheuristics i mean genetic algorithms, PSO, ACO etc.
They signed a contract with IBM to manufacture their chips at 7nm (and reneged).
Yeah and IBM had to move their designs in the last minute from GF to Samsung. I have heard that the Samsung process was much better and the tech transfer was easier than expected.
Using Neural nets, Deep Learning in pharma is not something new. Naturally LLMs are different. You should look into personalized medicine.
Thats WatsonX for you now.
I use Ecosia and it feels much better to me.
That is a leap, but its could be approached with open mind. We have learnt a lot in the last few decades that would have sounded like fantasy to someone 100 years ago.
It will have benefits for people who own them or can afford them. It will drastically reduce jobs and make people poorer, while the rich become richer. The economical effect of the technology will be like a "nuke" on the economy.
I have been out of the loop, what happened with Firefox?
Is remarkable 2 a good ebook reader?
Birds knee joints are human ankle joints.
I use llms to do most of my dunki work.
2.2m wide, In almost all road construction spots, the left lane is mostly only 2.2m wide. This is also the width measured in many small streets with cars parked on both sides.
The roads, weather, driving habits etc in India play a role.

As someone who has switched from Android to IOS and pretty happy with it. I do not want to connect my phone with an external display. I have my laptop or desktop at home for that. I do not want to work or think about work when these devices are not accesible for me.
I am talking about these for example
The Caves of Steel (1954) - first Robot series/R. Daneel Olivaw novel
The Naked Sun (1957) - second Robot series/R. Daneel Olivaw novel
"Mirror Image" (1972) - short story about R. Daneel Olivaw and detective Elijah Baley
The Robots of Dawn (1983) - third Robot series/R. Daneel Olivaw novel Robots and Empire (1985) - fourth Robot series/R. Daneel Olivaw novel
Are you being sarcastic? The Robot novels are basically crime novels with robots...
It’s not that we were inefficient, we got some 80+ tools to support without any knowledge transfer or documentation. We got regular issues, and I was digging to find the root cause and solve them for which apparently we weren’t paid.
I left to pursue further studies after that.
In my first job in a software maintenance project, I was overenthusiastic and was closing issues left and right. My manager called me to his office and told me that if I solved all the issues, the project will need much lesser people when they renew the contract, which might lead me, the junior most person, to be sent to the bench until they get a new contract.
Visa holders?
What thy did was overfitting. We later found other ways of getting around the issue.
Less hallucination than some of my students in their presentations
I am sorry anonymous person on the internet. I have no idea what you know or do not know.
I am perplexed by the notion that time does not play a role for you when talking about the "history" of something.
Just like the fact the Phoenecian alphabet was modified by the Greeks, there would have definitely been transfer of knowledge.
I am of the opinion that there is something to learn from everyone. However I come to HN for civil discussion. That was not a gotcha or are we trying to win something. Mesopotamians needed complex mathematics for taxes long before even Mycenian Greeks came into picture. You are talking about classical Greeks. Naturally there were advancements in mathematics during the Greek period, but that does not undermine the achievements of Mesopotamians.
Thank you.
