I'm pretty sure the Spotify limitation is due to Spotify and not Apple. Other apps like overcast can download to audio to the watch and play without a phone.

What stops you from talking to your coworkers casually using any other method? Half my chats are casual conversations, some of which will turn to a call if its specific topic-oriented.

I think looking for a product to solve this may not be the most efficient way to help the mental state. In fact, reaching out to more people into the company is easier than ever now, just a message away.

I used to feel the same way early in my career. Now I don’t feel the need to be in a rush all the time.

What tools or apps are you using to track/automate this data?

I'm wearing them now and cannot preceive any delay. Is there a specific audio file to play to truly test it?

I don't select one, not even sure what my current one is. Phone is on vibrate only and my smartwatch provides enough alert (through vibrating) for incoming phone calls.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but that is a considerable amount of wasted space (Hi, rp1229! Get started by calling or messaging a friend below). I thought my messages would show up there, but nope, they just show up on the bottom similar to other Google sites.

I regularly read about people having complaints about bad experiences at companies. I know there is glassdoor, but I would love a more focused place where we could name these companies so more people don't waste their time with them.
