Don't spend on growth (user acquisition + talent) unless you've nailed the product market fit // retention.
Google Cloud, Azure, IBM Softlayer, RackSpace, Digital Ocean, Linode.
People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it by Simon Sinek https://www.ted.com/talks/simon_sinek_how_great_leaders_insp...
1. You should work on acquiring customers / beta signups while building MVP, it should be parallel not serial. 2. Have you done any validations that it's a important problem for your customers i.e. vitamins vs painkiller 3. You shouldn't be worried about a YC competitor. Focus on building, talking to customers and growth.
A good senior developer is proficient in more than one languages, knows or figures out quickly the pros and cons of any technology. They have both depth knowledge in certain part of the development stack and breadth overall.
Assessing seniority by just number of years of experience, or knowing a hot technology doesn't make one a senior developer. A solid Aptitude + Attitude towards software development will make you a stronger developer, and that will also help you pick up any new tools, needed to get the job done!
Good Luck!
Sometimes it's better to invest in yourself, if your current role is helping your grow. You want to make sure, you're not only enjoying your current role but you'll be more marketable as well if you continue.
No silver bullet. I've built a community site to help operators build and grow their startups (https://www.joinradium.com/posts/tagged/growth). You can check out the growth category and I'm sure you'll find great content on how to grow your business.

I like to read books in hard-copy format and take notes on stuff I liked. Usually my notes are not more than two pages per book and sometimes refer these notes when needed. I try to read one book per month.
Thinking of taking a stab at this problem. Now taking feedback on www.meetnucleus.com.
Do not worry about things that you don't control. Our job as innovators is to find opportunities that we believe in and give our best, independent of the outcome. Moreover, Tech giants cannot focus and move as fast as a tiny startup.
Leaving the world a little better than I found it. Find opportunities where you can and want to make a difference, then do your best.
Price efficiency, Stability, Optimized for developer time and not operational costs, aka capabilities.

Thanks. Will look into Kaiser // Blue cross first.
Did you mean Salesforce has personal relationship management tool? I don't think it's a PRM problem.
Thanks. Going to try it now.
haha. Totally agree with keeping an active communication. Without communication, those relationships tend to grow cold and slowly die.
do you mind sharing your workflow / tools?
I had a similar workflow but then I realized the communication was mostly done on a need basis. If you've to define your ideal workflow for keeping in touch, what would that look like?
So all of your professional relationships lives in twitter + facebook?
Thanks for the clarification :)
Got it. You use Linkedin when you need to find someone in your network that works at a given company, so your interactions are more of a need base than casual social conversations?
nice! can I check it out? DM me at arun at recmend.com
Totally agree. I care about this space a lot. I believe, we need to be more social and less transactional, so that we don't forget about each other :)
