It's a real shame what WaPo has become. I really have a hard time picturing another great newspaper based in the city in my lifetime.

This seems pretty cool. I was a big fan of Spire[1] and their device that monitored steps and breathing. Spire seems to have completely left the consumer market and I would love another device that does that stuff.

With CSGO third parties were essentially selling games for actual currency instead of credit with Valve and using skins as currency for gambling on esports matches. A few of them also came up with other gambling games that didn't even involve esports.

Another ergo keyboard I am on the lookout for is the Glove80. Been happy with the moonlander but I am really interested in something completely wireless and not as expensive as the AM Hatsu.

To add to this, a lot of times expungement isn't very useful because there are a ton of private companies that scrape these records (including arrest records) constantly. Some of these companies have business models built around conducting background checks and an unfortunate number of them have business models that rely solely on getting people to pay them to "remove" these records.

You can take the content you make on Twitch (with a change to possibly get affiliate or partner while the science and technology section is booming) and then take that content and post it to YouTube.

MongoDB support is a work in progress for them too but otherwise a fun library.

I hope someone comes along and creates another version of the Spire breathing device. I am still using mine and it's a very helpful tool for breathing.

For context, the largest alternative client for CSGO (and previous iterations) was ESEA in North America. ESEA released a client that used their user's hardware to mine bitcoins [1]. These users also put up with lpkane for years who was quite dismissive or hostile towards any concerns regarding the service. There was even a good bit of speculation that anti-cheat staff were accessing user files.

I agree with Valve's approach with CSGO but the state of gaming and community acceptance has been trending towards more invasive measures in the name of dealing with cheaters for a while.

Valorant is currently on my system, which is understandably built for being a competitive esport game,but now Doom Eternal? Who is playing Doom Eternal that competitively?

Plenty of hope. I've worked with a guy who was an ME although I wasn't a coder at the time. He was doing very well for himself.

I started using this today. It's good so far. I can now stop spinning up swagger editor in a container and work with this. Going to switch over to this fully since I was already using Insomnia.
