Last I checked, Bolden/NASA has spent time gallivanting around the world trying to be inclusive (Middle East, Asia, Africa, etc.). NASA is a larger allegory for the USA. Look at the state of countries. Most are in chaos 100% of the time. France went through a huge revolution in the 1700 and 1800s and still kept First World status. Chinese people dream of Paris. China has been mired in Third World statues for centuries, and will remain in it.

I've traveled around the world, and there's a huge difference in people. Some people understand the world and how it works (the West), while others don't.

There's a line INFINITELY long line to settle in the West, and ZERO to settle anywhere else (unless you're a European who wants to backpack around some third world country)

I know a person who works there, and he has never mentioned it once. I presume if it was F-U money, there would be some conspicuous consumption. He joined a year before the acquisition.

Silicon Valley for the past five years has been afflicted by Wall Street ethics. I've seen this first hand at a few SV companies. As a male, I've actually faced reverse harassment. Never worked at Uber, but I'm speaking of much larger SV companies. HR is useless.

Silicon Valley is no different than any other place in the World. Just because people think they are "changing" the world doesn't mean ethics need to be on the line.

This article is about employers hiring Ivy League graduates. Why is this news? The phenomenon is just as acute in SV as it is on Wall Street.

The Tier 1 schools in the US are the Ivy League, MIT, and Stanford.

Getting into these great schools starts by being incredibly precious in elementary school and middle school, and really accelerating the positive energy and focus in high school.

Funny that this got written. I've looked at switching from macOS to Windows 10.

My first operating system was Windows 95. I then upgraded to 98, and later XP. I decided to go with a Mac in 2008 after Windows Vista just couldn't get itself together.
