Been using it for over a decade now. My only source of info.

It was google reader -> digg -> ino reader -> self hosted TTRSS (using now).

Anyone got suggestions for good non-mainstream rss? in area of Tech/dev/design/ui/business/finance etc.,

Because I launched it as a free app... I didn't have any confidence in it and at that moment, there was no way for me to accept payments internationally.

I recently revamped the app, added features like real-time collaboration, chrome-app integration etc., and put that under a subscription. But have no time to market or spread the word around. Moreover, I'm not sure how to get free users to convert over to paid so, that's why exactly why I think this site is an apt example for this topic.. haha!

- IMHO, a deck consists of slides(s) so a slide deck = set of slides. So using just 67 "slide decks" would have been a better title.

2 things:

- Why do you require an email if it's a free download?

- Link goes to your google drive where no more than 67 decks are listed. Why not just put a link to a single zip file on your landing page?

First time I'm hearing about soyoustart. I've been under the assumption that Linode's instances are the cheapest ones, but the one you linked is <1/2 the price of Linode's equivalent!

I just launched my second product (first was: https://mapsofmind.com) - TradesViz: An complete trade logging and analysis platform.

The goal of TradesViz is to assist regular traders to manage and analyze their trades very easily. Most current platforms are either too expensive for beginners or are very limited in what you can do so I tried to address a lot of those pain points while adding features which many traders wished they had in their trade logging platform - one of those features being very flexible charting for any trade on TradesViz.

I'd really appreciate any feedback, opinions! :)

Replying to my own comment to update on the issue: The issue seems to be related to session-id and CSRF token not being correct. Unfortunately, I would need to try a clean install (I probably messed with some Django settings) and test again which I can't do right now due to other work that I have. So, for now, I've just disabled fr locale totally - meaning, you will only see the website in English. Since you mentioned that the translation is bad, I'm not sure how helpful it will be to just leave a bad translation as default. Sorry about this!

No, I don't use any framework (still haven't had the time to learn any) - it's just ES5.

Hey! Sorry for the late response. By default only English was available but I found a lot of my users we from France, so I added the French language support using Google translate - that's why the translation is poor.

I'll try to add a way to switch locale to English or do you think it's better to keep just English as the only language till I can get other languages translated professionally?

Is true. Why do you disagree? What improvements did "old-school, mostly symbolic AI" bring to the current field of research?

Sure, ML has failures - but those failures are in applications and fields where old school symbolic AI can't even reasonably be applied to. We have to start somewhere and just using symbolic AI is far behind in terms of the requirements we have currently.

"How many layers do you need and why? How many training cases do you need and why? What has the network learned and how do you know that? What important things has the network not learned? When will it fail?"

A lot of these issues have been addressed in many recent papers. A lot of these papers have been solely focused on understandable/explainable machine learning which is an overarching topic that covers all your questions.

So, you are essentially saying a large part of CS academia is not doing "science". I'm not sure what kind of "science" you have done to make such comments. But I'm pretty sure there are plenty of researchers out there who are far more of an expert than you are in this field would wholly disagree with you.

I did not realize you started working on this from 2016. I guess you could have easily commercialized this then since were way ahead of the competition. But I do understand that it's hard to offer this as stand-alone service. Anyways, good luck with your project!

Aren't there many similar tools out there? like IBM cloud, Google's AutoML etc., Why did you decide to create something like this? I'm interested in hearing your opinions on what additional/new values does your service provide over the existing similar SaaS tools.

I was able to get Inoreader to visually look very similar to Digg reader. I do not want to use Feedly yet because the free version seems to too restricted. I'll try using Inoreader for few days before I make a decision.

Any suggestions for alternatives? I tried Inoreader, Feedly, Old reader - didn't like any of them! :( Been using Digg for several years now and would like something similar to this!
