Quite interesting how, with something that looks so simple as a concept potentiates when technology is involved in the right amount.

    pip freeze > pip_list_with_sudo.txt
    sudo pip uninstall -r pip_list_with_sudo.txt

How would you someone who has used pip with sudo undo the mess that has created in his computer?

Those shouldn't be your primary drivers but it doesn't mean you won't have them. I don't measure happiness with those variables, they are a result of what makes me happy, a consequence.
