Can a collection agency affect your credit without having your ssn? Credit card providers ask for ssn. So do utility companies. But buying something from a company doesn't involve providing an ssn.

I've has the opposite experience as a US citizen.
Last time I checked they didn't apply to private jets flying within the US but do apply to international flights.

No, they just place you on the no fly list and detain you for 4+ hours every time you cross the US border by land.

Is it possible for someone on the no fly list to join the lawsuit? I know two US citizens who are on the list.
Driver's licenses have been made to be like a national ID. We used to be able to get multiple driver's licenses from different state, but not anymore after the Real ID Act. Some states used to issue DL without photo but not anymore.
