The whole choosing games thing is strange.

Give me one button and throw me into a live game.

Or let me practice against bots before going live.

Also the notice that my username was taken wasn’t clear (was in white) so i thought the app didn’t work until i learned my username was already taken by scrolling up and seeing the notice that didn’t stand out

Native English speakers are quite lucky all programming languages are in English. Imagine China created their own languages and OS? We couldn't keep up

I've been hosting a YouTube trippy video room for 30 minutes now. My only suggestion is to kill the pop over modal every time somebody wants to join. Kills your ability to interact as the modal can pop up anytime

Should just let anyone pop in without the need to accept every individual person

This is great. Been looking for a way to create a "virtual water cooler" for our team as we move 40+ people remote. Does the room always exist, and people can hop in and out? What's the business model? IE how can we pay for the service/support the mission?

One of the nicest cease and desist letters I've ever seen. I think what they're asking in the name change is more than fair, and providing guidence on changing the functionality to comply with their api seems like a good approach. Kuddos to Slack legal for keeping the matter human and civil.

I think it's helpful for visualizing the seconds as it's a time based focused debugger.

Maybe open a pull request for a graph based view and we can A/B test ️

I think its better to rip off the bandaid. I lived through the Facebook Parse shutdown with a production app where the drama was strung out over a year, resulting in service outages, poor messaging from parse/facebook, and a lot of general anxiety about migrating etc.
