This is what the western owners of the narratives want everybody to believe. In reality, the west is much more repressive toward citizens that disagree with the narrative and manifest it publicly. The European Commission, which in practices rules over the EU, is a completely unelected body. Still, Europeans think they live in a free country. Just like the Americas think they live in the greatest country on the planet. Yet, many run away from it as soon as the remote work allows them to. Again, just like Putin said, the West is an empire of lies.

Well, they did go after a foreign company. Probably a competitor of a US company. Do they enforce the same way against US companies? Perhaps it’s just a tool to beat foreign competition. Eg the case being built against TikTok. Perhaps the EU should investigate the same US companies. But I think the European Commission is in the pockets of Washington.

You criminal. You knowingly support copyright infringement. You represent what is wrong with the world. I hope they put your dumb face on toilet paper in China and force you to go around file DMCA claims to take it down.

It’s nice when they put it like that. Now imagine you trying to relax or concentrate in your home and hearing a “car door closing”, every minute, regularly, all day. And if in the end it sounds more like the car’s tire blowing up - well… “we are looking at ways to resolve the issue”, “we are aware of the issue and working on it”, “you are the only one complaining”, “it looks you may be too sensitive to noise”, and so on. Who cares in the end. It’s just people.

Would you care to give some examples? Anything after hours must be OTC, but traders won’t be on the floor on Saturday and Sunday. I know. I was there. So, who’s going to trade during the weekend? Trades also have to be reported within a certain time. I’m not sure about weekend reporting. It’s a genuine question. Your comments seems more a hearsay than actual experience.

“Russia has unleashed senseless destruction and genocidal violence on Ukraine in an attempt to reoccupy the former colony”. It’s not senseless since they have explained the reasons at length, albeit their adversaries refused to listen. And it’s not genocidal either since the goal is not to exterminate Ukrainian people. The goal is to prevent a NATO giant air carrier on its borders. The war will continue until those that don’t want to listen will start listening. Perhaps war must come to their countries for them to do so.

What really sucks is that members of society like you think that a government nitpicking on immigration laws to justify fascist harassment of a specific group of people is actually fine. Your belief are the real issue (for us as a society) because they reveal a deep seated hatred toward a specific group of people. And history shows where that leads.

Nasdaq closing auction ends at 4pm. Reports come out later. Participants trading on 8-K cannot trade the news immediately. Orders can be executed only on Monday during opening auction. Also, you assume their trades are enough to move the market and neutralize the opportunity, which may not be the case. Perhaps they can trade off market. I’m just saying that it may not be a done deal as you describe it, but I may be missing some aspects.

You forgot to mention amortization of IP costs and net value intangibles. Basically, you have all the same rights like in all other countries. Plus an itch to complain about Russia. When you are done, check the list of countries with the death penalty and intercession rates, for a meaningful view of what truly affects everyday life.

Thank you for the explanation. From that I would infer you wish there be less people from every country that has done the same as Russia. Would that be correct? Do you wish, for example, that there be less Americans, French, Germans, Italians, and Japanese? Also, have you thought of ways how our society could implement your recommendation and reduce the number of people from these countries? Would you suggest a quota of mass extermination for each country, perhaps to be agreed by an international panel? How about the logistics of that? Perhaps something like the Nazi camps with incinerators? I’m genuinely curious about your desires because, as a fellow citizen, your wishes and desires affect us all.

Would you care to explain why you feel like that? Since you are an inhabitant of this planet, your thoughts and actions affect us all. If you hate a country so much we ought to know at least why.

Very interesting point. I wasn’t aware of it. It would be some kind of psyop of the Chinese government where its own citizens are served intelligent content and get progressively smarter, while the citizen of the enemy are served retarded content and get progressively more stupid. This would actually seem to match what we see nowadays in western society. Virtue signaling, Russophobia, LGBTQ propaganda, and so forth.

The other day it came to me that the huge number of American girls doing porn is actually a sign of how a country has effectively reduced its own women to nothing more then prostitutes. There is a huge irony there, since the populace itself actually still thinks they live in the greatest country in the world. Thankfully, most of them don’t have a passport to go and check the rest of the world.

Imagine being a country trying to develop and mend your past, having NATO inching ever closer to your borders, with plans to deploy tactical and strategic missiles pointed at your capital. While being painted as the bad guy in Hollywood movies for the past 30 years. Marginally more inconvenient than being caught trying to influence the smear campaign against you.

Does anyone else think that those wanting to work fully remotely, should just become contractors and offer their services to companies? Forgo also job security (in those countries that offer that) and all other benefits associated with being a permanent employee? To me the work arrangement they describe fits well with contracting work and little with “joining” a company. I feel that it is unfair to have both. Contractors’ work by definition is unsupervised and they use their own tools. Joining a company full time means being part of the team, meeting your colleagues in the office, sharing the journey and feeling part of it. It can also include remote work but not as an absolute right that the company must provide.

If there was such an inquiry and it emerged, without doubts, that the cause of Covid was reckless funding of dangerous research by the US in a foreign country, and reckless management of dangerous pathogens research by China, what could the geopolitical consequences be? Especially considering the control both countries exerts on media?

You just left about 4 billion people out of your definition of “world”. China, India, and many more counties that are not against Russia. I find that very arrogant but also reflective of where the “western world” stands right not. This arrogance and self-supremacy must be broken. And that’s what Russia is just doing.

I think the last Great War made people from that generation into real responsible adults. Which resulted in a great generation of politicians until about the end of the millennium. One has only to look at Jens Stoltenberg to see the utter failure that this new generation of politicians is. Immature, self-righteous, arrogant, warmongers, lacking a real sense of responsibility and respect for human life. Perhaps another Great War might do all of us good.

This is a good development. In the last 5 Netflix-produced movies I watched the white heterosexual male was always the predator, women were the victims, and minorities were the saviors. Watch “The weekend away” for an example. At least they could continue from the 90’s and stick with the Russians being the bad guys. Why involving us white dudes /s
