Code merges are made by reviewers in my org, not by the author.

Spend time educating your team about `git commit --amend` and `git push --force` on their own branches and you don't have to see any of that ugliness.

So, why no German language version?

I am convinced that the majority of Germans are on the spectrum. What other country builds viewing platforms for construction sites?

No, the article says that the suppliers send data to a central service, which then tells them the optimal price, this service bases this price based on data sent by all other suppliers, and presumably gives all suppliers the same price.

As far as I know, Mr. Zuckerberg still owns a controlling interest in Meta Platforms.

Since he has 57% of the votes, he can tell everyone to pound sand.

What exactly do you mean by "can't do HD?"

I can set my display to 1728x1080. That's HD.

I can also output my Mac to an HD TV, Projector, etc. And I have the notch on my MacBook Pro.

Do you have some other definition of HD that I'm not understanding?

That doesn't say what you think it does.

Quoting the judgement: "only works created by a human can be copyrighted under United States law, which excludes photographs and artwork created by animals or by machines without human intervention"

Clearly, the machine in question is responding to human prompts. The LLM didn't create this program on its own.

So I think these are still open issues.

DB9 serial to USB Null modem cable + some simple file transfer software would have solved this in minutes.

Since the mac had a built-in modem, you could have used that software to transfer the file via xmodem or ymodem protocol.

I guess this isn't common knowledge any more.

This is an insanely expensive cluster built to show a benchmark. 68 node cluster serving only 15TB storage in total.

This reads to me (and the OP) that you are saying the purpose of this "insanely expensive cluster" was to "show a benchmark."

That's what OP is addressing in his response. No where do you mention anything about performance.

While parts of the objection might be legitimate for logistical reasons (ie, requiring the same supervisor for every shift), the unmitigated gall of the prosecutor is telling.

I know that the US judicial system is adversarial where winning is the only thing that matters, somehow we should see the prosecuting (who represents the people in their jurisdiction) standing up for justice.
