“For the soul, there is neither birth nor death at any time. He has not come into being, does not come into being, and will not come into being. He is unborn, eternal, ever-existing, and primeval. He is not slain when the body is slain”.
Om will be missed.

It seems that people are using LLMs to generate code but many complain of sub par code. I recall the early days of virtualization when folks will use it but complain about performance. HW capacity continued to improve until virtualization became de facto standard. I wonder if sub par code will become better as more powerful agents models or compute become available.
While most folks are quick to write off agentic trading attempts for various reasons, one strength that I see in using LLMs is its capability to bring together disparate information sources and chart a path forward.I do agree it is a very advanced word calculator but that seems to work most of the time unless there is a massive information gap in the original data sources.
What is it using to create the vm without libvirt?
Why is AI so much worth to Meta?
No because you know it was you who was in deep sleep And just woke up
Help people , there are many who need help.
Oh so sad … 20 years the corporate overlords have to wait for their minions to be ready…

Wouldn’t we have more restaurants if there was no microwave ovens? But microwave oven also gave rise to many frozen food industry. Overall more industrializations.
Produce the g code needed to 3D print the object of the attached illustrations from various angles.

Amazon Kiro starts with making the detailed specification based on human input in natural language.
You can use OpenClaw to migrate these scripts off OpenClaw.
How can this be replicated on prem?
I wonder if AI can help them ?
Also Tsavorite scalable intelligence - their architecture seems to cover the broadest use cases and compatible with cuda
This is for data locality.
Autofs Still magic …
They are not saying the h1-bs they hire are better than the domestic workers that are hired , they are just marginally better than the domestic subsection of the population that is not qualified anyway. It is not magic , it is a numbers game.
I wonder if with AI it is possible for someone to be a productive entrepreneur easily than finding a job in today’s market. Specially for someone over 50.
AI taking jobs is the biggest bullshit and hype the world has ever seen that been pushed by the likes of Salesforce etc to tell their customers: Look out AI product is so good that we used it ourselves to cut our own workforce. And inside the company walls they whisper to each other : our AI product is such crap that it is really useless and the only way to sell it is to credit our AI for tha layoff and hiring freeze we are doing anyway.
Amazon has big enough global footprint of offices all over the world that even if someone loses their visa they can easily relocate back to their own country and work on the same projects from any of the massive offices there. And this actually happens all the time. Folks in Amazon move around as needed across border. The idea of h1-b servitude does not hold much relevance for companies like Amazon who have built massive offshore centers in the last few years.
AWS is more focused on making money off the infrastructure than on the application itself. It took same approach with kubernetes and might I say it has been very successful.
That’s bullshit … just another scaremongering post against employees with some kind of visa. Leadership depends upon individuals not upon their immigration status. From direct experience I can say there are leaders and non leaders on bothe sides. BTW ec2 was first conceived and made in South Africa.
Correction if I may: Lot of AI jobs will disappear. Lot of usual jobs that were put on hold will return. This is good news for most of humankind.

How will you tax people in India sitting here in US?
Just because you are losing does not mean you can change the rules of the game midway. Who kicked off globalization in the first place?
H1-b s are small compared to the offshoring of jobs. Have you seen the office sizes of every big and medium technology company in India and other countries? They employ thousands of programmers there. There is a much greater number of jobs that you don’t even see that’s get done from overseas. This invisible layer is much bigger than the annual 65k h1b jobs.
