A model to predict medical equipment failure and predictive maintenance calendar based of a whole lot of data recompile from our own and clients cmms. Its fun, extremely time consuming, frustrating, but fun. It also provides to our clients with some interesting and useful information

That would depend on what LLM are you using and the average tokens per answer. For example the average cost of the user query in my system is about 0.07 if you add 0.01 you are adding 15% per query (+-). Then, take into consideration how much value does RAG add to the answer Vs using other method.

Edit: typo in costs

I wonder how much of a difference there is in the quality and reliability of Japan's machines and countries where is not common. I've worked at the Madrid airport in Spain and every single day we have a problem with this things and that would destroy the concept of "passive income". On the other hand, it's not that easy to find a good user interface, or at least to me.

Desktop computer: every 2 or 3 days. Sometimes weeks but it's odd. Work notebook: wednesday and friday. It might vary based on the things that I'm doing but I'm trying to close (and save) everything at the end of the day so I can turn it off.

This is a general advice for life improvement. I ve been doing all of that for at least 2 years( except quiting coffee), and it improved everything, not only work.

Getting into Fuzzy algorithms because we need to normalice a 200k+ database of medical equipment of different suppliers. It's really fun actually, and right now I'm focusing on optimizing the speed of the overall app since I feel that it is the core problem right now.

Although Stevia is considered a replacement for many, it wasn't suitable for me. Quitting it helped reduce insulin spikes, which led to hormonal imbalances. This, in turn, resulted in low-level inflammation that primarily triggered pimples on my face. I can't provide scientific data to support this, but I systematically eliminated all sugar and artificial sweeteners, observing the effects of each over a 20-day period.

That said, I come from a family where sugar is deemed public enemy number one. We used to heavily rely on artificial sweeteners, which I believe led to my low tolerance after 20 years

Only once I needed the ebook of a huge book and when I contacted the author he sent me the download link. Awesome guy. Story aside, I believe is 100% greed from the publisher. The authors don't usually get a lot of profit from it and also the general profit of the book market is very low (or at least in Argentina and Spain)

I understand, but consider most recruiters as individuals who may not fully grasp the company's actual needs. Their primary aim is to find a reason to hire you, and as long as you perform well, they get paid.

Another important aspect is building connections with people who share your mindset. This can be immensely helpful when seeking a job that aligns more closely with your values.

There is not a secret to this, keep on searching and don't loose your ethics values, some people will find that more valuable than your knowledge

What I've learned in the past years is: 1) don't focus too much on looking for a balance. Life has too many variables that can't be controlled. This pursuit will give you more headaches . 2) Instead, learn to adapt. You may have weeks of intense work, or life issues, or anything else. Learn to deal with that. Use the tools that you have. In my case is excercise, taking a walk, eat healthy , SLEEP. 3)Don't believe the bull** that you see on the internet about people finding inner peace or balance, that thing doesn't exist for prolonged periods of time. Hence, learning to adapt is the best thing to do.

1) Tailor your CV vocabulary to the vocabulary used in the application. 2) LinkedIn: directly contact them (it sucks, but it helps)

Good luck in your search bro, is not easy to be in that position, don't let your guard down

Carnivore diet, it has stabilized my energy trough out the day. It sucked at first, specially since I have a bad history with sugars and carbs (lost over 55kg a few years ago). Also, try to find things you like to do, this is crucial. Moderate amount of excercise every day, nothing crazy but 60min a day followed with stretching.
