Can I use XULRunner to package my php based app into desktop standalone http://www.mockuptiger.com

It is rendering using html5 and lot of javascript but then would have to convert from php to pure html and then use XULRunner

Another alternative is to simply use jquery like framework to create a modal dialog window and display the message. Hide all the close buttons. You can put this script in the wordpress header and then all pages will show the dialog when the document is done loading. This has the least impact on your domain and content wise.

This is not a new idea. In Vedic philosophy this has been preached and practiced only by realized person. In fact, practicing telling only truth one becomes realized. For e.g Gandhi adopted this practice of speaking only the truth as that is one of the limb of Yoga.

What happens is the moment you take this resolve to speak only truth, your actions and thoughts become aware. So there is a very subtle refinement going internally as you keep practicing speaking the truth.

But I think it is more appropriate to speak only when you are asked about it. Just telling your thoughts just for the sake of speaking truth does not make sense.

This is like handing over your email account to the developer that has access to the godaddy account in order to manage the server.

You are right but I think the checklist could be used as a starting point. It can be updated so users can make informed decision.

Users can also send features that they think are important and missing in other or our products. So I hope this becomes a good resource
