I love Centminmod but some of our clients need a UI so we settled on a mix of https://hestiacp.com/ and https://www.cloudpanel.io/
Another super super fast website is https://www.mcmaster.com/
I compared OctoDNS with DNSControl (https://github.com/StackExchange/dnscontrol) a few years ago and settled with DNSControl because it had more providers out of the box.
But using either of these tools to have your DNS redeploy-able to a new provider is a great idea for resiliency.
https://cachethq.io/ is great for this
Looks cool, but I think the name is very similar to Keeper (https://www.keepersecurity.com/en_GB/enterprise.html)
It exposed their committer email (I know its already public on the site, but still)
You can wget the whole .git folder and look through the commit history, so if at any point something had been pushed which should not have been its available
Protonmail is a good alternative if its imap restrictions are not a problem for you
What was your motivation to use AI for this instead of simple image analysis?
Pope Francis died on Easter Monday, April 21, 2025, at the age of 88 at his residence in the Vatican's Casa Santa Marta.
Pope Francis has died at the age of 88, the Vatican has announced. - Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio was elected to lead the Catholic Church in March 2013 after Pope Benedict XVI stood down.
Google have a history of releasing products on april 1st, gmail itself was right?
My work blocks any domains registered in the last 90 days which is a big pain in the ass
When stripe charged you $10 for a chargeback on those transactions, unless stripe has changed its policy recently
https://brr.fyi/ is a really good read about a dude who worked at the south pole for a while
Something like https://github.com/awesome-selfhosted/awesome-selfhosted?
Added to my read-list
More respectable source - https://x.com/MSFT365Status
How does this compare with Sentry, Bugsnag, rollbar etc?
Infact it was only issues in August, so this is probably fairly regularly rotates
It expires in a full 7 days, this is not news. I am sure they will renew it before it expires.
Yes, they could (And it seems likely) discontinue the .io domain, first stopping new registrations then giving everyone a timeline to move off it (Hopefully 3-5 years). But if they want to pull the plug they have the authority to do so
Been using it in the UK for a while on the beta, works fine
Always a classic this, first thing I thought of too
Seems like you can, but not clear how easy it is - https://github.com/reHackable/awesome-reMarkable
I came across this blogging tool which also exposes all posts via activity hub which can be followed on Mastodon. Seems like a very nice light weight way to post things into the fediverse
There are newer articals on this which have pictures from the past year - https://talker.news/2024/07/02/tennis-ball-stuck-in-cathedra...
This is a great site, I always point people to howdns.works too
