Don't forget that ElasticSearch is built on Lucene (which is the core of their search engine) and is an Apache 2 Open Source project which existed long before ElasticSearch. So they benefited tremendously from the work of thousands of Engineers too.

Has anyone tried ButterCup (https://buttercup.pw/). I've been looking at the codebase and it seems really solid.

I bought mine from the Verizon store and I swear they sold me a Chinese version. The build quality was the worse. All the keys fell off eventually and the metal color paint peeled off as well. I promised myself never to buy anything Motorola after that.

The biggest issue to me will be toll gates and manipulation of the plates to avoid them.

UC Browser is now holding the web back by not adopting new standards like css-grid and flexbox. No version of UC supports these standards and with the rise of UC globally, developers are hesitant to use these standards as millions of users especially in India and China are left out. I know there are ways to configure fallback, but still.

I won't consider SuiteCRM to be part of this. Understand that even though SuiteCRM was a fork of SugarCRM CE, the community has made so many changes that I will consider it at this point a completely different product. All the vulnerabilities listed above do not apply to SuiteCRM in its current release and if you look at the blog of SuiteCRM, it is heavily advertised that SugarCRM CE is full of security issues and everyone should migrate out of it[1]. Here is the quote: “SugarCRM Community Edition users need to migrate to an alternative platform as soon as possible. The number of current vulnerabilities in Community Edition is worrying. There will be no more support for Community Edition after April 2017 and the vulnerabilities will increase as the software ages. Simply put, if you're running SugarCRM Community Edition, you're becoming a soft target.”
