You can actually remove the calls to slideUp(200) and slideDown(200) and replace them with hide() and show() respectively.

As well you can set the -hover class to not alter the looks if you don't want the hover effect.

Definitely like some of the features in this picker.

I know it takes quite a bit of effort but one of the things I'm really drawn to about any startup/site is if they have a video explaining how the process works.

I was hoping to see some shots of it in action before I signed up.

If you have trouble waking up to an alarm everyday (around the same time) then you need to really re-evaluate your sleeping conditions and habits.

After having to wake up everyday around 7am my internal clock has pretty much gotten used to just waking my body up around the time. Even on weekends sometimes (eek).

Neat product but it's more of a novelty item than anything for me.

By having to use arrow keys I have to move my hand over.

I know it seems like a nit-pick situation but majority of the site is driven with a mouse so I figured it only made sense.

I think you should make the "OR" button turn into the REFRESH icon (like how browsers have it) so that you don't have to move the mouse all the way over to go to the next question.

Blacking out completely is just about the most dumbest thing you can do.

Why not fill your ads with SOPA/PIPA related items. Why not put info in the header.

A the same time I'm totally turned off by getting like a 1000 results.

Good feedback and I understand what you mean.

The reason for drop vs add button is because some browsers don't support drag-n-drop (they wouldn't see that option).

Maybe I will go back to the drawing board and make dropping/uploading files the primary focus and naming it or changing passwords/expiry more of an option.

Would hiding those items in a collapsable div be the right thing?

I.e. the first thing you see when you get on the page is to upload files. And if you want to change options, click to expand the form and change it there.

That's one problem I see with UX/UI designers; sometimes they don't really think about what the end user wants.

Well to be honest I have a different approach to sharing. If you've ever used drop.io you know mine is similar.

The idea behind mine is you can create custom urls for the files you upload hence why you have to select a name (or keep the random one generated for you).

It's a shame that some people just give up trying to figure it out without even attempting to click or interact with a site.

So as to not come off as a total douchebag from my previous comments, I will commend you on doing what it takes to get noticed.

I am in the same boat (as you) and I can understand it's hard to get people to notice you especially if you have no backing/funding/whatever. I'm flying solo so it's especially hard for me.

However, if you want us to give you something, you have to give us something. :)
