I could see myself using this, subtitling things is extremely time consuming and there aren't that many tools which will automate it for you. It looks pretty straightforward to use - just two steps to install (if you already have FFMpeg and Python), and then one command to run the script. Well done!

I haven't written much in a while and half the posts are missing, but I've kept it up for over a decade at this point.

This describes more or less how I use calendar reminders. Typically, if I see a trailer for a film that looks good, I make a reminder several months ahead to check it out. I don't think of these as 'tasks to be completed', but more like 'notes to my future self'.

Yes, LTT is popular enough to have contacts with YouTube who will help them recover. It's still scary to see a huge channel briefly blink out of existence, and people running less well-connected channels are probably looking at this situation with some anxiety.

A 'slow delivery' option is a great idea. There have definitely been a few times when I've ordered something and would've been totally happy for it to arrive any time within the next few weeks. At the same time, it would need a different kind of delivery service which isn't totally optimised around speedy delivery.

Yeah, there's rightly a lot of concern over the power of the big social media monopolies and dating apps don't seem to get the same level of scrutiny.

Ultimately you decide who you want to date, but in scenarios where most people meet through apps, those apps have a lot of influence over who meets who. Nobody knows how the matching algorithms work, all we see is the effects and a mountain of anecdotal evidence that some men are having a difficult time finding partners.
