Loved the project. I do not think he is really showing his technical prowess here or the know-how of creating a responsive design. The idea is to help fine lost places in those photos. And that can only happen if one reaches a lot of people. HN is a good diverse group to do that.
Also, it really feels incredible to see how places have evolved over the times even when you have never really been to the place. Sometimes waiting isn't that bad. :)
Looks really nice.. I can't wait to pull and try it out. Just out of curiosity: Is the marketing site also built using Wagtail??
Really cool idea and tool. Still need to test this out properly. Is it possible to scrape note just one page but a stack of them? For example - a product catalog of 1000 SKUs extending upto 50pages.
Hold tight. It's just a rough patch that will pass. A lot of people here are ready to help. Take it and mend somethings. Stay strong.
Went through the process and loved it. The final games does look great and I would love to try it. Planning for an iPhone version anytime soon?
iPhone version awaited! :) The app does seem nice and handy. A better icon and nicer website would help though not a big deal.
