Nah, well related militia was not a restriction on the right, it was a reason for everyone to have the right. You have to remember that the Constitution doesn't give the people rights, it delineates the governments rights. The 1st 10 amendment's were added because the anti- federalists were (rightly) worried that the government would misappropriated all powers and eventually the people would no longer be free. They were basically a list of rights for a minimum viable free society.

Think bell curve distribution and population size. That's a big difference, all other things being equal. The US just has quantitatively more individuals to the far right of the curve, just based on population size. Then cultural differences- US highly prizes individualism (or used to, at least). Japan prized homogeneity, conformance, and Zen style perfection.

You mean like leaking the collusion between certain parties to down-rate certain other parties using a secret algorithm?

It would only take a couple of people I'm key positions to accomplish it.
