Most clothes are manufactured in countries with cheaper labor costs to cut costs - the reality is clothes are cheap to make in terms of raw materials- and dumping unwanted clothes will just destory the local economy

If I ran a small forum in the UK I would shut it down - not worth risk of jail time for getting it wrong.

I've yet to see any whistleblowing case not end badly.
The reviewing isn't problem it's mostly because you have to become that asshole that everyone hates - developers who produce bad code also are the worst at taking feedback...
I think problem is product managers are very common and probably unavoidable in most organisations.
Can't have product owners without actual ownership - without real equity in the product being developed do they really own anything?

Because the budget is not infinite - there is normally a limit of time or money and it will determine the decision making process.
This doesn't mean the project will finish on time or within budget it just enables that part of the decision making process.
It's not something you recover quickly from :(
In the UK at least try and get building work done or buy a new car with a credit card and see how far you get...
Credit cards work great for small transactions for both consumers and businesses, but risks get high for the business (espcially small businesses) for larger transactions.
The problem is the intermediaries often add no value or help facilitate the fraud or refuse to help get the money back.

Most small business I've found don't accept credit/debit cards for large transactions and instead want direct (cash) bank transfers because they fear the money going missing or getting a chargeback. This has its only issues as its slow and not very customer friendly.
If only there was some kind of virtual cash that could be sent from one party to another almost instantly without an intermediary

This post sounds a bit like an ad but i havn't looked back from the phillips oneblade. Its cheap, can be used wet or dry and cost like £30 and its the first razor that actually manages to remove the hairs on my neck effectively, only have to replace the blades every 6 months...

I dont think anyone in England eats supermarket sandwiches because they taste good.
They are normally the cheapest ediable option for a filling meal that's not too unhealthy that can be consumed in a 30min lunch break or at a desk...
They probably do better to put more work into writing a guide for approved writers.
So many (many) shows with great actors completely let down by terrible scripts....
