I just got my PPL a year ago. My instructor did a survey among all students who got the license and among other things asked 1) how many flight hours did it take you to get the license 2) did you play with a simulator in your spare time. There was a clear inverse correlation between the two, meaning that those who did play with the simulator had to use less hours to get the license.

It looks that the majority of recent ransomware is stealing and publishing private data, instead of blocking access to data. So DLP like solutions are required in addition to posture management.

Same here. Family of four + some members of the extended family. I am doing IT for all and would be happy to move everybody to fastmail under the same custom domain.

The problem I frequently encounter is with emails incorrectly classified as spam. Once a month I go to spam folder and find few emails that were not spam. Even though I click "not spam" on each, I don't feel algorithm is getting any better with time.

The key issue for me here is that I still can't easily get a more or less accurate calorie count for a random meal in a restaurant near my workplace. Because of that I need to stick to a very limited menu which feels so depressing that I prefer ADF over it. Is there a solution I miss?

Thanks! Dark leafy greens make total sense, but why sauna is good before the fast? Also how long and how frequent your fasts usually are? 5 days 4 times a year as Dr Longo suggests or something else? BTW I did FMD twice and the feel of hunger doesn't go away. I also suspect this happens because of the constant food intake.

Given that Dr. Longo promotes a diet that contains some calorie intake (~500 daily), why did you decide on water only fast? I am trying to choose between those two options myself.

Werner saw a preprint of this paper some time ago. I saw it recently. Patrick Brunschwig of Enigmail saw it. None of us are worried. Out of respect for the paper authors I will skip further comment until such time as the paper is published.

It would've been nice if EFF had reached out to us for comment, rather than apparently only talking to the paper authors. We hope they'll reach out next time.

We started our company at WeWork and moved to our offices when we were around 7 people. It was a very convenient solution for a young company that just want to concentrate on what is important (the product). We never participated in any social activities and hardly knew out neighbors (if at all). I'd do it the same way again.
