Oh god the irony./clicks 'No' for the umpteen thousandth goddamned time on some Google property trying to trick me into using G+
It took decades of activism for DC residents to even regain basic civil rights, such as the right to keep handguns in the home.
I've lived in DC since 1999. I'll be charitable and say that this comment is misleading at best. It might be very narrowly and technically correct to say that there have been "decades of activism" on the subject, but it's about on the level of that one guy who sits in a tent in front of the White House every day. The overwhelming majority of DC residents were in favor of the law. That was your takeaway from the article? Really?
Zero has a slash through it, capital o does not.
SomaFM's Indie Pop Rocks station.
You are incredibly lucky.
So is HN just an advertising website now?
Welcome to the world of finance.
The seats in the back of the 911 won't even hold an adult.
You know when I found that out?
When I went to pick it up on delivery.
Had you never even seen a picture of a 911 before dropping eighty grand on one?Anyone know if this company is still classifying all of its cleaners as "contractors" to avoid paying taxes?

This isn't Jimmy Growthtard's useless MVP. It's not a stretch to think that Google and their massive, massive, massive set of training data (i.e. everyone's e-mail) should be able to do better out of the box. Not being able to tell the difference between promotions and bank statements or travel bookings is a pretty huge failure to me.
This season of Top Gear was airing on BBC America about a week after the UK.
In Maryland the cameras don't trigger unless you're going at least 12mph over the speed limit.
This article doesn't actually answer the question posed by the title, FYI.
There are far better examples of "filling space for the sake of filling space" in the store.
Like this? "Approach #2 is to fill the additional space with additional content. That’s what we did. We added a brief artist bio, a list of similar artists, and listenable tracks from the artist:"
Who is buying tickets to a concert where they don't know anything about the artist and don't have any of their music? The media didn't break anything. Snowden gave them the story, which they have mostly ignored in favor of hit pieces against him as a traitor and a coward.
There are some places in D.C. that require a credit card to make a reservation and charge for no-shows and people are FURIOUS about it.
Better unless you live in the same broadcast market as the team you want to watch. In all leagues that I am aware of those games are blacked out and TV is your only option.
It's a significantly better game than the festering, cancerous legion of predatory money extracting non-games that have turned the iOS and Android app stores into cesspits of addiction and credit card fraud.
The rules about what you can and cannot record without consent vary by state and situation:

I just finished the most recent session of this class and I found it incredibly frustrating that there was no discussion of the homework assignments after the due dates had passed. What's the point of having homework if there's no way to get the correct answers and get feedback on your solutions?
And take the "in Scala" part of the course title with a grain of salt. You're only taught enough to complete the exercises.
It didn't work for me at first, so thinking that I had somehow failed to clear the cookies I tried it again and was able to log in.
So it's Reddit?
You have the Constitutional right to join a well-regulated militia.
Well, they saved quite a lot by not paying the billion and a half dollars that they owe Washington state in taxes, so they can afford it.
I agree with everything she wrote.
But please stop with the "Dude" this and "Dude" that.
So NBT is a site for Christians to find Christian music?
