I'm good at what I love and the world needs it. Also it's a 6 figure salary. I just followed my passion, never really followed the money. Many people I met who followed the money and desperately failed. As a result spending years on something that just didn't work out. Think for yourself and plan you future accordingly to your situation.

I think you under estimate how many people are lazy and willing to eat all those costs to not leave their house, and have the food delivered right to their door. Even more so in big cities where most of the population doesn't have a car.
