Many sports have many categories. Boxers and wrestlers are separated based on weight

1 on mobile it is very convenient to have an x in the search box in order to clear that text from the previous search
2 when correcting spelling it would be nice if it bolded the word that was misspelled rather then the entire search phrase
I used this and love it. One feature that would be nice is some form of group source control. Like git with PRs. I want other members of my family to participate but I can't figure out how to do that
Have you thought about why that is? Not having passwords would make it much easier to use the internet. All that you need is to trust that no one will access someone's account without their permission. For some reason, no large site ever successfully managed to do that. I wonder why?
This is where things get interesting. At this point in the ruling, Judge Lee decided to make a comparison, and that's where Star Wars comes in.
Was fluff added by GPT-2 to make the word count longer? All of the information included in this article could have been written with a lot less words.
As far as I'm aware (I'm open to being proven wrong), gun lobbies in the US want no restriction on the ownership of firearms, period.
A few notable examples of regulations that many pro gun lobbyist like are bans on machine guns, Short-barreled rifles and shotguns. [0]
After the Los Vegas shooting many pro gun organization pushes for banning bump stocks [1]
Many of those organizations want to take away the right to any firearm from felons.
I clicked on the link and I see images. Although, the subtext is mostly about how Bing is censoring it. I wonder what happened.
I may have missed it in the post, but how is blue different than red? I realise that they have slightly different Pokemon, but is that enough to make the emulator run only blue?
veritasium used to be a really good channel, but a few years ago he tasted what it was like to have a viral video. since they he basically admitted (somewhere near the end of https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=fHsa9DqmId8 ) that from then on he will be making clickbait style videos
well what do you expect? for the city to be eternal? eventually, for whatever reason, a city will fall.
well then you may be missing out on some great deals. when I was searching for an apartment to rent I found a great place, but I wanted some time to think about it. the landlord said that they won't hold it for me and that they were showing it to someone else the next day. I chose to take apartment and I am really glad that I chose it.
In order to even start calculation the "true" cost, they should also subtract the deaths from school shootings, road accidents, etc. that did not happen this past year.
Can I lurk for free? I would like to see how the community looks like before paying to participate.
when you hear the word democracy do you think "give undesirables a say in our government"?
isn't that what a lot of privacy advocates want? "Let me pay for my privacy"
In hospitals, elevators with Sabbath mode would be considered dangerous because they are to be relied on for fast service for transporting patients in dire need of care or surgery.
That's wrong for 2 reasons. First of all, most/all major hospitals in Israel have a shabbat mode. The solutions are either to have many elevators, with only some of them stoping at every floor, and/or have a manual override. If someone presses a button it goes directly there, otherwise it goes floor by floor.
I didn't realize that castes had different rules regarding meat eating. Thanks for informing me.
Somewhat unrelated, but how does someone know what cast you are from? If you move to a new place where no one knows you, can you just say that you are from the best caste?
I was responding to your proposal that businesses pay extra, via medallions to use the roads, while private drivers use the road for free (ie. no extra). Rather, I am saying that every user of the road should par for it.
First, you aren't forced to pay any tax, the ride-sharing company is.
I am forced to pay taxes for the roads since you can't possibly fund all of the rodes solely by taxing ride-sharing companies.
Businesses like to say that taxes are passed on to their customers, but that's not actually true.
Eh. Economics is not an exact science so there is no way for me to prove it to you. If you don't believe in that (and have another reason why iPhones are more expensive in higher taxed countries) then let's leave that.
That's an issue with every public good, from schools to police to public health to courts to real estate records office, etc. None are utilized anything like equally across the population. Yet we chip in and pay for them because we decide, collectively, that they are important for the community.
Then why not subsidize cars, or better yet, offer a free car per citizen? In fact, "we" decided that we should tax cars and maybe we should also tax car usage (gas, roads, pollution, ...).
Your hair stylist uses them to get to work [...] Imagine your situation if there were no roads.
There should be roads. And private drivers shouldn't get out of paying for them.
It's a private, for-profit company.
Taxis are private and for profit, yet they are considered public transportation.
I wonder how ride sharing effects parking congestion. If, say ride-sharing increases congestion by 1% but lowers the requirement for roadside parking, then maybe the solution should be to replace roadside parking in congested areas with an extra lane.
I don't have a car. why should I pay for your right to drive on the roads for free, but yet be forced to pay a tax when I use (semi-)public transportation?
Well, this lowers the (already very low) credibility of the Paris Agreement
Well, he's only CEO because the previous one decided to donate some of his own money in private to a mainstream political campaign. I guess the most important thing is how woke this CEO is.
So any profits will go back to the drivers.
Thanks to Hollywood accounting, does this have any meaning?
I've always wondered how you can have a large portion of you military essentially be slaves. I would imagine that it would be very possible for them to rebel during a critical battle and the join the enemy.
can the inverse be implied? Men die more from heart attacks than women unless the ER doc is Male.
I mean, _one_ gender had to die more than the other ...
unrelated, but why is the URL 2021/03/15 . Has this article not been released yet?
In retrospect, the only thing that kept me out of jail was some good luck and an outstanding General Counsel
Is there no legal way for me as a non-lawyer to get a signed form from a lawyer saying that what I'm doing is legal? Then if it ends up to be illegal the lawyer could get in trouble rather than me. Or am I expected to know all the laws myself? And if a law is unclear, is there someway to ask for legally binding clarification from the government?
Should it be Stanford's responsibility? At what point should it be the person's (health insurance) responsibility? Should Standford provide (free) helper dogs to blind students?
