Try non physical complements, eg. I really appreciated the conversation you started on x, I like that we can really go deep and get into the weeds on topics, or even it's cool that you really know who you are.

After a while you realize it's a lot more productive to throw customer acquisition and business models around rather than product ideas.

For small projects I just have all the errors emailed to my inbox, along with the user id.

I then use luckyorange so I can review what the user was doing on the UI to trigger the error.

I think easily liquifiable assets in general would be a better measure. Bill Gates would be somewhere near the top, he could sell most of his diversified ~100b stock portfolio without causing much of a stir.

Depends on whether what I'm doing is interesting or not, having people around can mitigate the boredom, otherwise working alone is better.
