I think, the 10% should be a pool for all projects with the license, otherwise if you have 5 open source projects, they could take 50% of your profit for example

4. The Software may not be used for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm other humans, animals, or living beings, either directly or indirectly.

Can it be used by a lawn mowing company? Greengrocer? Butcher shop?

6. If the Software is a core component of a profit-generating system, the user must donate 10% of the net profit directly resulting from such use to a recognized non-profit or charitable foundation supporting humans or other living beings.

I'm not sure that is compatible with the definition of open source. Someone can make a similar licence with 100% or 200% instead. Perhaps call it source available.
